Living spaces
Two comfortable living rooms give your group room to spread out after time outdoors. The main living room features a 55" smart TV and a gas fireplace that becomes the natural gathering place on cold days. A second living room offers another 55" TV, DVDs, and classic board games, making it an ideal hangout for kids or anyone winding down between winter adventures. High-speed Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer and dryer add everyday ease throughout your stay.

Kitchen and dining
The chef’s kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home. A dining table for six sits just off the kitchen, and coffee-making options make it easy to start chilly mornings with something warm before heading out. Great experience

Lots of space! Easily able to fit 10 people. The reading nook upstairs was also loved as a little retreat for people. We loved that the bus stop to get to the slopes was literally right outside the front door! The kitchen was also super well stocked. All the pots, pans, and cooking utensils you could want.

Wonderful Home / Management company lacking

I would like to start out this review by saying that this home is very nice, comfortable and in a wonderful location. However, the management company that oversees this home is severely lacking in capabilities. I was told we could arrive to check in early, we were there 30 min before check in time, and when we entered the home it had not been cleaned since the last guests had left. Towels, sheets, food, trash, etc all still there. When I called the management company they were unwilling to help me until 4 pm, and the man I spoke with was short, rude and condescending. I called back 30 min later and spoke to a different very nice person who was trying to help me, but since this is call center based he could only try to make various phone calls to help. When the housekeepers finally showed up to clean, it was after check in time and I was told we could not enter the home until they were done. I was told it would take them 2 hrs, in order for them to properly clean. They stayed for 45 min and did not clean well at all. There were food smudges all over the sink and refrigerator, trash piled in, on and around the trash bin in the garage and the floor was a mess. I was very disappointed with the management of this house and their treatment of me when I called to resolve it. I understand that during the busy season, slip ups can be made. It took a lot of effort on my part on my vacation to fix the issue and they never came to get the trash like they stated they would. I am still giving this home a good review because it was a great house and the owners did a great job decorating and providing essential items for it. The management company needs to be better and more on top of the properties they care for.

Unresponsive management

We showed up to piles and piles of trash in the garage. We even sent them pictures. There was no dishwasher soap and Vacasa was completely 100% unavailable and unresponsive on to text, voice call or email. Thank goodness we didn’t have any urgent need because you would be left on your own. For the excessive fees charged by these management companies I would expect more. Overall i will try to avoid properties managed by Vacasa.

Beautiful, ton of space, free shuttle to mountain

Loved the Mountain Haus. Beautiful and feels brand new. Beds are super comfy with tons of space. Love the hot tub and nature out back. Walk out the door and the free shuttle stop is right there to take you to the ski mountain on a direct route in 10 minutes.

This is a very nice home, and was as advertised. There were significant issues (> hit to get access) with check-in, but the Turn key Rep was persistent and friendly and there was good follow up the next day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this unit in Feb 2021. It was clean, comfortable and larger than expected. The kitchen was stocked for all of your cooking needs including spices, towels, soap, garbage bags, etc. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and soap. And washer/dryer seemed brand new. Garage was clean and had bikes, snow shoes and other sports gear to use. Neighborhood was quiet and bus stop across the street was convenient. Our only complaint is the hottub. The main reason we rented this unit was the private hottub. We used it 3 times during our 5 night stay and all got a rash. It was dirty and needed to be cleaned which they claimed happened before our stay as well as weekly. I contacted them but no one came and then it was time for us to leave. Overall we had a nice time and I'd definitely recommend this unit as long as the hottub is maintained.

Great house in a great location

This house was perfect for us and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. We were two families (4 adults and 4 children) and this house had plenty of room for all of us. The upstairs living room was perfect for the kids to hang out while the adults enjoyed the downstairs living room. The townhouse was close to everything we wanted to do while there. If the house could have some additional towels and washcloths that would make it even better. With 8 of us going between the showers and hot tub we just had to make sure we kept up with washing them. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed to cook while we were there. The hot tub was a hit for everyone especially when it was snowing on us.
