• Trash: At checkout, kindly take out the trash and place it in the cans near the garage or in the dumpster.

• Pets: Strictly a no-pet policy at home

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.

• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.

• We look forward to hosting all of our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, with special attention given to high-touch areas. We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.

• However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.

• We understand that last-minute cancellations can be challenging for guests who choose not to purchase travel insurance. The condos were exactly as described. Newer, comfortable beds, and equipped as represented. Our trip was so quick and we had so much fun while in Nashville, it really just ended up being a place to sleep and shower. Barely enjoyed the rooftop or the courtyard which were cool amenities.

I'd like to begin this review by hiding a few of the positives. The units came as advertised looks-wise, and the pictures did the units justice, for the most part. There are several concerns that I would also like to point out, however. First, in one of the bathrooms, at least three of the towels had wads of hair in them. This made the towels unusable and the unit feel unclean. Second, the upstairs balconies were wrecked. It looked like an animal had gotten to the cushions they were so torn up, and the furniture was also broken. Third, pots and pans in the units were not clean: food caked on them, etc. Fourth, we had quite a large group of around 15 people. The toiletries provided were essentially able to suit one person per bathroom (incredibly small tubes of shampoo, conditioner, body wash). People had to ration. Fifth, there were no blankets for the bunk beds. I hope this review is taken in the spirit that is in intended: to provide honest feedback that can hopefully provide guidance for the owner and perspective for potential tenants.
