Located in a Private, Secure, 24 hour gate-guarded community across the street from the Rio Casino and Hotel and within walking distance to The Strip, popular restaurants, Daylife and Nightlife venues. Complete with NO RESORT FEES along with FREE Parking, WiFi, Cable TV, Laundry inside the Unit, Kitchen, Living Room, and Patio. This is a ground floor unit so there's no need to lift your heavy luggage up any stairs :) You won't find a closer residential complex closer to The Strip than this!

Self Check-in Time: Anytime after 4pm and as late as you need to.

Early Arrivals:
We are unable to allow early check-ins or luggage drops offs before 4pm. If our housekeeper happens to finish early we will notify you that you may check-in as soon as she's finished. You may also check your luggage at the front desk of any major hotel for free. The closest hotel within walking distance of the condo is The Gold Coast and The Rio.

Pets:
Sorry, but we do not allow pets at this property.

Parking:
There is plenty of free parking in the complex directly in front of the Unit guarded by 24 hour security.

Parking Trailers/Moving Trucks:
Our HOA does not allow Trailers or Moving Trucks of any size to park overnight inside the complex, however, you may park these vehicles next door at The Extended Stay America which is just a 2 minute walk to the condo complex or at the Gold Coast which is a 4 minute walk to the condo complex.

Getting Around - Transportation:
The preferred method of transportation in Las Vegas is Uber or Lyft, however, buses, shuttles, and taxis are readily available as well. We will provide you with links to download both ride share apps with up to $40 worth of free ride credits when you book your reservation! *The credits will be applied if you are downloading either of the apps to your phone for the first time.
