Les Havens sont des résidences haut de gamme pour des vacances dans la communauté Barefoot Resort et sont inégalée sur la côte de Caroline du Sud. Havens unit 1122 est une luxueuse condosuite de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes.

Rester dans la communauté Havens est un rêve devenu réalité pour la plupart des golfeurs. unité de Condo 1122 a une véranda avec vue sur le trou n ° 10 sur le parcours Norman et une belle vue sur l'Intracoastal Waterway. La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend un lave-vaisselle et autres appareils modernes pleine grandeur. Ce magnifique condo a été fraîchement peinte pour la saison 2016 et a de nouveaux planchers en bambou dans le salon et la zone den. Il y a une salle à manger confortable pour prendre vos repas ou vous pouvez aller dans l'un des nombreux restaurants à proximité pour un bon repas. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit de swing roi et la 2ème chambre a un lit queen. La 3ème chambre a un lit de jour avec un nouveau plancher. Il y a une télévision à écran plat et dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi. La salle de bains principale comprend également une baignoire jacuzzi. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour s'étendre, tout comme à la maison.

The Havens a une piscine dans la communauté et vous avez également accès à la grande piscine ionisée de la région. Pendant la haute saison, des navettes gratuites circulent toutes les 30 minutes pour vous amener, ainsi que vos invités, à la plage.

Au-delà de la belle décoration, la lumière aérée est l'accès à quatre parcours de golf, club-house, un spa et une boutique du pro. We stayed from July 12-July 18, 2025. Great condo and a great access to Barefoot Landing restaurants and shopping. Great place to ride your bicycle. Also, the pool is great. The condo is very roomy and peaceful. Blessed to get to stay at this location!

A comfortable Family Vacation

Everything was beautifully setup and arranged. A home away from home feeling. I especially loved the screen balcony. I will definitely recommend others to stay here for a nice, quiet, and cozy vacation.

This is a very nice and well furnished condo.

The location is very quiet with a partial view of the intercostal waterway. The surrounding property is well kept.

Last minute find

We had a great stay! Our normal vacation home was canceled due to a hurricane and this was a last minute find. The house was clean, well stocked and provided a great place to relax! We were sad that the pool was not open due to Covid, but these are crazy times.

Very pleased with the rental. Clean and plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels for all. Wish we could have found an extra trash bag. Otherwise, everything was great. Thanks.

Thankfully having a nice big three bedroom unit with a screened in porch provided enough space more indoor time than we had anticipated. The resort grounds are beautiful and we really enjoyed Broadway on the Beach. Hopefully we get to see the sun and beach next visit.

Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. We can’t wait for our next NMB vacation.

Very nice condo had everything we needed the only thing was they were doing work on condo above us and very very loud banging but we understood there was no good time for them so we dealt with with it not everyday so that was good

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After two years of Covid some friends got together for a weekend of golf and catching up on each other. Everything went as planned. The condo was better than expected, clean and location was ideal for our trip. TV was a little complicated to operate for some of us. I prefer cable but we did not watch a lot of TV. Barefoot Golf courses were in great condition. It was a wonderful trip with no hiccups.

Great experience!

While driving to N.Myrtle Beach I was delayed in traffic and was worried about being able to get into my rental unit. I called the property manager and she put me at ease by explaining how I could pick up my entry code to my unit, she assured me that if there were any issues I could call an after hours number for assistance. When I arrived late, everything was just as she explained on the phone, and we had no problem getting into our condo. The condo was impeccably clean, and was just as described, our family of four, weee comfortable and impressed with the cleanliness, and comfortable accommodations. The saltwater pool was clean and and in great condition. I highly recommend staying at Barefoot resort!

We loved our stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The website listing was very reflective of the property. We had 3 adults and two children and we had more than enough room. There’s also a pullout couch. This unit could easily hold 8-10. The place looked clean when we walked in. It was like walking into a nice hotel. The wood floor was shiny and spot free. I have OCD so I usually do my cleaning anywhere I go and I have to say they cleaning crew did a good job. Only the kitchen floor had a little dirt on it but nothing too crazy. There was a washer and dryer that worked. Really nice. They also had linen on all of the beds (in case you forget yours) and they also had more than enough hotel grade towels and rags. They were very fluffy. The check in/out process was simple. The neighborhood is resort style and I’d very low key. The pool was nice as well and this unit is only a 3 minute walk away (couple blocks away). They have cable on each tv as well. Overall this was a great unit and we would definitely book again. Thanks for a great stay!
