La villa n ° 3-502 du club de yacht Barefoot Resort est un condo 2BR spacieux et joliment décoré situé dans un immeuble de grande hauteur donnant sur la magnifique voie navigable Intracoastal. Cette unité est située dans le bâtiment 3 au 5ème étage. Il a récemment été mis à jour avec un nouveau revêtement de sol en vinyle et de nouveaux meubles de salon. Vous pouvez vous asseoir sur les grands balcons et regarder les bateaux passer ou assister au spectacle de feux d'artifice à Barefoot Landing en été. La suite chambre principale dispose de deux lits queen et une grande salle de bains avec une baignoire grand jardin. La 2ème chambre a deux lits queen et une grande salle de bains ainsi. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et comprend un bar servant le petit-déjeuner qui donne également sur le salon et la salle à manger.



Barefoot Resort dispose de la plus grande piscine en Caroline du Sud et il est situé juste à côté du Yacht Club Villas. La plage est à moins de 3 minutes et l'accès à la plage tout au long de Ocean Blvd. Il ya quatre terrains de golf dans Barefoot Resort ainsi qu'un club house magnifique où vous pourrez déjeuner ou un cocktail après avoir joué 18 trous. À travers la voie navigable est le populaire Barefoot Landing avec plus de 100 boutiques, restaurants et divertissements, comme le Théâtre Alabama, House of Blues et bien plus encore. Great Condo for the Money

This was a great property for the cost. It was spacious and plenty of room. The location was conveniently located to everything. the beach was only a few minutes away. The view of the intercoastal waterway was amazing. We would stay again

Spacious and comfortable

Barefoot Resort never fails. Our unit was spacious, comfortable, well stocked and clean. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. The resort pool is amazing. We also enjoyed the afternoon music by a DJ. We will rent again most definitely.

Wonderful is a understatement!!

To say that this property is wonderful just does not do it justice. Beautifully situated in a neighborhood close to almost everything. The pool was fabulous also. Cleanliness is one of my families most important things that we look for. This place was immaculate and came equipped with everything we needed. On the last day of our stay we found out that our flight was cancelled. We reached out to the Marcia and she helped us with ease set up another nights stay. Her response time was fast (thank goodness) if you have ever had a flight cancelled you know what a nightmare that can lead to. I would 100% recommend this property!

Close to everything

Suite itself was spacious and accomodating for all members of family and 2 bathrooms was a nice bonus, nice simple decor. Property was nice, more for older kids, would like a park, basketball, tennis to keep kids more entertained during day as opposed to just pool, but shirt drive to beach and barefoot landing for restaurants and night activities. Bedspreads need updating, some have stains on them, which is first thing we noticed upon checkin. I removed and washed blankets to be used instead. Larger bathroom also has some mold around outside of shower.

Disgusted, I had to clean my unit

Very sad to pay so much for so little.

Gave us about 5 codes to try none worked. One finally worked after several tries. Bathroom lights did not work, could mot take a shower after a long drive. Plugs did not charge cell phones in bedrooms. Villa #2 502 was much better. Dining room lights very dull. Top of microwave came off when you closed microwave. Was disappointed couldn't get a maintenance man on a Sunday to get my bathroom lights on and fix the door. They promised someone would call back. Never did. Maintenance man came the next day very nice. Put batteries in door and gave us his code that worked. Condo needs a lot of work.
