Quiet community, Beautiful bright house in Little River

*5 bedrooms (1 of the bdrm must climb stairs).

*3 bathrooms, large kitchen and a patio.

less then 10 minuets drive to the beach

*5 minutes from sea cost hospital

*close to all main attractions like water sports, golf, mini mall.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.



The Space:

*New bright house , beautiful decor

*5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms

*2 king bed, 4 Queen beds.

*Accommodate up to 12 guests.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Sheets and linens provided.

* Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*up to 4 parking spots in the driveway (garage is not available)

* Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included)



The Neighborhood:

VERY QUIET COMMUNITY. It’s located just 2.5 miles from the ocean and 8 miles from the Colonial Shopping Mall. 5 minutes drive to MecLeod Sea Cost hospital.

Enjoy All the fun in Little River: La belle vineyard, horseback rides, boat rides, cherry grove beach, water sports, golf and lots of great restaurants and shopping areas.

*VERY QUIET COMMUNITY. Please respect neighbors and community. NO LOUD MUSIC OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

*Please review ALL HOUSE RULES.

*Must climb stairs (to one of the bedrooms)

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

Family stay

It was an amazing stay the property was awesome and clean. Communication with owner was amazing and quick. Myself and family plan on staying here again if its available!

We chose a VRBO rather than hotel rooms for this golf weekend. The house was roomy so everyone had their “space”. We didn’t use appliances, but they were clean and looked functional. The overall cleanliness of the home was satisfactory. I can’t make any negative comments here, because the places where dirt/dust collected were the same places I see in our home. Our host Emily responded quickly to any communication, so that made the whole process go smoothly.

The house is beautiful, spacious and a location. Easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and shop

Property is gorgeous and the house is very comfortable. The host responds quickly to your needs and stays in touch. The beach is less than 10 mins. from the house. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Exactly what we needed!

We were in town for a softball tournament and this house was perfect!! It was close to the park, clean, and plenty of room for the amount of people we had. The owner was very responsive and willing to help however she could to ensure the stay was great. Highly recommend this house.

Little River Stay

The house was great and well appointed. It's in a small quiet neighborhood off on its own. You would need to drive to stores, restaurants etc.

Great location

This was a quiet neighborhood that was conveniently located to everything. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for our family. The only negative is that we needed more than 2 trash bags and there wasn’t dish soap for hand washing dishes. There needs to be bowls for chips or side dishes. Scimpy amenities compared to other places we have stayed.

Constructive advice

While we loved the place, there are things needing to be taken care of. The ceiling fan blades, some furniture, and the kitchen intake vent had a build up of dust, the grill still had food attached to the grates. There was a missing toilet paper holder, curtain rod in LR falling down (we fixed as best we could), missing light bulb outside, knobs in BD fall off dressers, tap lights in front BD flicker.

Family vacation

The house was located in a nice neighborhood and close to major roads which made traveling around very easy. The only complaints we had was the main bedroom - bathroom had no door. Which made it hard for people to sleep while others may be trying to shower. Even a sliding barn door that could lock or at least cover the light. The only other problem we had was the regulating of the air for upstairs and downstairs. It was very cold downstairs and warm upstairs but we finally figured it out by putting them 2 degrees different and then it seemed to regulate. Otherwise it was a great vacation with family.

A bit of deception

The property is nice and a good location near the high school and hospital. The basic problem was that the owner said I could use the garage to park my car in, yet the garage has a bedroom in it (blatant lie). And when we got there, we discovered cameras outside (not inside) around the property. I understand the need sometimes for security, but the cameras were not disclosed in the listing as required by Vrbo. House is what it says it is but very basic and low end (cheap). From the frame beds / plastic furniture to the amount of dishware to the terrible toilet paper, it is just very low end. I guess if you rent a home, you don't want high end finishes, but this is on the opposite side of the spectrum. Don't get me wrong, if you don't care about those things, the house was fine. Everything worked as it was supposed to. Just be aware (and bring decent toilet paper)

50th Birthday Weekend with the Fishing Wives

Great weekend celebrating my 50th Birthday weekend!! This property is just as is described. The only negative I can say is about the beds. They are just on a frame (like a cot frame) and are not comfortable at all. Otherwise everything else was exceptional.

over charged

home was lovely but cleaning crew not on point my daughter and I had to sweep the floors, wiped out refrigerator. Air conditioner wasn't working properly during our visit. Refrigerator needed a filter so we could not get ice had go to store and by ice, between the two bedrooms at the bathroom door striping was coming up causing me to trip and almost fall .
