Located on a peaceful, quiet street yet centrally located to many great restaurants, must-see attractions and tasty places to grab a drink. 6 minute walk to a local coffee shop, What The Cup. 6 minute drive to the nearest hospital. The Hopewell City Marina is only 7 minutes away, as well as several beautiful and peaceful parks located at City Point Historic District, if you`re wanting go for a walk or a bike ride along the beautiful and scenic Appomattox River. Only a 6 minute drive to the popular Beacon Theatre, which quite frequently has live music!
An automobile is recommended, and there is 1 dedicated off-street parking space located at the back of the house. Alternatively, there is a nearby bus station for those who prefer public transportation. Lyft and Uber ride sharing services are available here.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We do not allow pets. This is non-negotiable.
UNFORESEEN ACTS OF NATURE: We are unable to issue refunds for events outside of our control exacted by natural forces, such as power or utility outages.
Outside quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 9 am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, tenants, and neighbors.
Laundry facilities, located in the basement, are shared with other guests/residents. Laundry hours of operation are from 8 am to 10 pm.
We are not pet friendly. Unauthorized pets on the property will result in a $100 fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our no-pet policy.
No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.
Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
We do not provide laundry supplies.
The $250 deposit is a hold on your card and it will only be charged in the instance there are accidentals/damages that occurred during your stay and discovered after your departure with your acceptance of the additional money request. Airbnb handles the payment processing for us and will become involved if the request is declined.
