Le bâtiment est faible et parfaitement situé dans une rue calme, à l'angle de Hollywood et La Brea. 5 minutes des attractions de touristes principales telles que le chinois, Kodak et Théâtres El Capital, marchant à grands restaurants et magasins. Unité est entièrement rénovée avec tout nouveau lit queen size. Unité a une cuisine complète et salle de bain complète. Il est très propre et lumineux. Si vous ne avez pas de voiture, ce ne est pas un problème, le transport en commun est disponible. Vous pourrez profiter de votre séjour et le style de vie Hollywood.

Excellent host and property!!

We booked this property for my parents who stayed in town for an extended time period. Alla was an exceptional host: always responsive and willing to work through any issues even in the face of limitations beyond her control. I would recommend her as a host 1,000 times. The property was also very nice; clean, as advertised, close to key amenities, etc. Just what my parents and I were looking for.

Remodeled apartment in convenient location

Small but conveniently located apartment in Hollywood. Remodeled and extremely clean. Alla was a pleasure to work with, accommodating my late arrival. There were oranges and bottled water waiting for me. I was able to walk to the local shops and restaurants near Hollywood and Highland. Thanks for a pleasant stay

Wonderful rental in Heart of Hollywood

Overall, I really enjoyed this property and and everything was just as pictured in the rental. The unit was very clean and had everything one would need for their stay including some waters in the fridge which was a nice touch. The only issue I ran into was with the flushing of the toilet which seemed to struggle at times. Alla was a great host and I would highly suggest that people rent her unit

Awesome location + parking available. Quiet and clean apt. Very friendly and helpful host.

We had a great time at Alla's place. The place is quiet, clean and calming. It is a block away from Hollywood walk of fame and a couple of blocks from TCL chinese theater, however, you can’t hear the noise of the streets in the apartment. Additionally, this place had available parking, which is very hard to find in LA. Alla was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly and shared all the instructions on the morning of our arrival. we stayed there for five nights and the apartment made us feel at home. Due to a confusion with apt keys, we locked ourselves out of the apt, almost an hour after we reached (~10pm). I called Alla and she was super helpful and drove all the way from her place, which was 45 min away, to help us out. We had a great stay, thanks to Alla. I would absolutely recommend this place!

location great and very clean

This was our first time renting through VRBO and we were so pleased with this little apartment. It was clean, quiet and very well located. It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need and it was very comfortable too. It is located just steps from all of the action and many of the tourist attractions that we were interested in. The bed and pillows were a little hard and that would be our only suggestion to improve. The owner was available to answer questions via a quick text and responded quickly and kindly. Although we didn't need it, there is parking available which could be very handy. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We would recommend this place!!!

Fantastic location, fully furnished, comes with parking. I couldn't recommend this place more for a visit to Hollywood or LA in general, whether it be short or long term.

Fabulous apartment in a great location

The apartment is better than the photo's! Very roomy, comfortable, well equipped, and extremely clean. The owner, Alla, is very responsive, and a pleasure to work with. There were even some soda's, eggs, and water in the fridge when we arrived. The location is perfect for sightseeing. The beginning of the "stars" on Hollywood Blvd., is about a 3 minute walk, and you can see most of the local sites on foot. If you have a car, having a guaranteed parking spot is a major plus, and places like Santa Monica, Venice Beach, West Hollywood (Rodeo Drive, etc;) are all a very easy drive away. We had a marvelous stay and will not hesitate to return if we visit LA again.

Perfect stay near Hollywood Boulevard

We had an excellent stay. Very good location near Hollywood Blvd, perfect with a parking space of our own. Good contact with the owner and we liked to have air conditioning in the apartment. We recommended this place.

Great location!

I am a college student and stayed in this apartment for nine weeks this summer while in West Hollywood for an internship. The apartment is conveniently located to Hollywood Blvd., many good restaurants, Target and Ralph's - all within walking distance. The rental includes a parking space which is important in this area. The apartment was clean and well supplied. I was able to bring my personal things in and be setup. Alla replied promptly to all questions/requests. Thanks Alla!
