David’s setup was very welcoming. His home is perfect for couples or families and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Absolutely loved staying here. This is the second time I’ve rented this house through VRBO for staying to attend weddings. If we had more weddings in the area, I’d definitely rent again. Unfortunately, we don’t have anymore weddings.The house was extremely clean. Absolutely love the kitchen
wish I had the kitchen in my house! The host is extremely communicative with us and checking in and out was super easy. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

This house was just as the listing described and did not disappoint! Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood conveniently located to garden if the gods and Cheyenne mountain zoo. The floor plan was ideal for us. Our family of 5 had comfortable beds upstairs and grandparents had their own bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living space in the basement. Little touches like coffee, pods for laundry and tons of fun games and puzzles also really enhanced the stay. Would highly recommend!

We had a great family vacation at this home. The location is perfect to visit Colorado Springs and Manitou. We were able to cook multiple meals without any trouble. The next time we get to come to this area we will definitely stay at this home.

House was perfect for our family on vacation. The house is perfect. Very clean and wonderful, safe neighborhood. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and attractions. The house everything we needed. What our family liked most was the house has multiple living areas so there was a lot of room to spread out. Highly recommend!

Awesome house

Vacation with Friends

We met friends in Colorado Springs for a long weekend of relaxing and sight seeing. The house was beautiful, clean, and fit our needs perfectly. It was well stocked with essentials, and check-in and check-out was a breeze. The fenced in backyard and outside furniture/fire pit were great, and the view out of the front was beautiful. We will definitely be looking to stay here again the next time we visit!
