Summary:
This place was FULLY remodeled last year and transitioned to an Airbnb. We have new appliances, beds, sofas, etc.

We have a fantastic open living concept with bar seating and a kitchen table. The place is 100% as pictured and you will have PLENTY of space.

Our kitchen is 100% fully stocked for you to enjoy all of your cooking/eating needs!

Free street parking.

We are centrally located in Lincoln Park. Lincoln Park is one of Chicago's best neighborhoods! Located next to bars/restaurants!

The Space:
We redesigned the kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, brand new cookware, dishes, silverware etc.

FREE STREET PARKING. Should you want a specific spot, there are close spots for around $8 a night via Spot Hero.

This unit was exactly as advertised, and was great experience for our group of 6. Access instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I really appreciated the extra communication on areas for parking. Location was incredible, with an easy walk to transit and local businesses. Would absolutely look at this unit again when visiting Chicago

This property was just what we needed for my 94 year old mother who needed ground floor accommodation. Only one step into the apartment. Everything was clean and spacious. Great for two families as the bedrooms are opposite ends of the living area and both have their own adjacent bathroom. Very close to the EL train to get into the city and really close to the lake and all Lincoln park has to offer. Fabulous coffee shop 2 doors down! Special thanks to the cleaner and owner who efficiently dealt with us right after departure when I left my purse and passport in the property. All sorted quickly and responsibly.

We loved the location. Lots of close by restaurants and bars. Quick walk to get to the L. The beds were very comfortable. Will definitely look to book this place the next time we come to Chicago.

Overall the stay was good! The towels are very small for adults so I’d recommend bringing your own if you can. Otherwise the stay worked well for what we needed!

A great location in Lincoln Park! Proximity to everything you could want, coffee shops, restaurants, stores, the El, and Wrigley Field! Appreciated the ease of getting in and getting out, which. is not always the case in VRBO properties. The host Dan was super responsive. The home was clean and had everything one would need as advertised. It was especially great given our family occupied all three of the units in the building which made for a really great stay and one that we will do again when the time comes.

Amazing home! My family stayed there for 10 days and they had a great time. It it's really close to the train station too. The owner was responsive and they fixed a couple of the issues we had quickly!

The place was exactly what we needed for a quick stay. It was clean, but the bathrooms were a little run down (old caulk, leaky shower faucets), but great water pressure. Parking was easy thru SpotHero. There was laundry in unit, which came in handy when we got stuck in a downpour. The only bad part was there was a backyard light that was strobing in the backyard that was super obvious at night thru the blinds when trying to sleep. We reached out to the host but never heard back… so I hung extra sheets as a curtain to block the light. Overall nice, but could use some extra comfort like curtains or bigger towels.
