Welcome to Mimzie's Place. If you are looking for the perfect vacation home for your family, then look no further! This beautiful home is just a short 5 minute walk to the beach!

This home was custom built, with quality workmanship throughout. The elevator makes it a breeze getting to all three floors.
The owner has furnished the entire property with high end furniture and mattresses.

On the first floor you will find a large primary bedroom with King size bed and a luxurious ensuite bath with double vanities, and an oversized shower with beautiful custom tile. There is a nice deck off this bedroom with rockers to sit and enjoy the breeze.
The laundry room is located on this floor as well as another King bedroom with ensuite bath and a deck with rockers.

On the second floor you will find three additional bedrooms. A King bedroom, again with beautiful ensuite bath and deck with rockers, a great room for the kiddos with two full bunk beds and an ensuite bath, and athe third bedroom with a lovely queen bed with ensuite bath and deck with rockers.

The third floor is a huge open concept living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, and half bath. When you walk into this room the beautiful custom tile fireplace captures your attention, as it is done in coastal shades of blue. Here you will find a large leather sectional with plenty of seating. The bright and airy dining room seats ten at the table, and there is seating at the bar for four additional guests.

This gourmet kitchen has everything you could need to cook up a feast with fresh, local seafood! The appliances are high end, including a wine/beverage fridge. We have a Keurig coffee maker as well as a traditional drip coffee maker. It is a real joy cooking in this kitchen.

There is a large deck off the living room with a polywood table and chairs for six, and four additional cushioned chairs to relax on to enjoy the ocean breeze.

The roof top deck is the perfect spot for stargazing . You can enjoy sunrise with your morning coffee, or if you aren't a morning person, then cocktails with the sunset!

The owners have just added a gorgeous in ground pool for the 2025 season. The pool is 9'w x 28'L x 3.5' - 5' deep. Next to it is a covered, shaded area with high top polywood furniture. And of course, it is fenced in.

Enjoy all that Carolina Beach has to offer - outdoor music, summer fireworks, the famous boardwalk, restaurants, great seafood, bars, ice cream shops, coffee shops, pizza, a summer carnival, and of course Britt's Donuts. Also, on our island is the Kure Beach pier, NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher historic Civil War museum, and if you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle you can drive out onto the beach at Freeman Park!

Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM

You must be at least 25 years old to enter into a rental contract
We provide the bedsheets, bath towels, pillows, bedspreads, blankets and even large beach towels.
