Ce confortable condo de plain-pied est situé juste au-dessus de l'Elkhorn Lift / Chair 14, et est livré avec un casier à skis au niveau du garage pour votre commodité. Skiez par la piste de ski d'Oxford Court et sortez de l'ascenseur / chaise Elkhorn 14. Profitez de l'espace ouvert avec une aire de jeux pour enfants, une zone herbeuse et un ruisseau coulant, situé derrière le bâtiment près du bain à remous commun.

En choisissant l'établissement Townsend Place, vous séjournerez à quelques minutes de Beaver Creek Nordic Centre et Beaver Creek Hiking Centre. Cet établissement se trouve tout près de Beaver Creek Golf Course et Beaver Creek Chapel.

Fantastic condo in Beaver Creek. Great location. Short walk to the village. Ski in/out (but only if there is enough snow and the Elkhorn lift is working). Condo is clean and well maintained.

The stay was great and everything went fine and we really enjoyed the hot tub. My only real complaint is the furniture in the living room is very worn and the TVs are very old (can't event watch apps, like netflix etc) and the screens are very fuzzy. Seems a few minor updates would more properly reflect the price being charged. Also, instructions on how to access the Elk Horn lift and how to get back to the property from the slopes. We could not find the run to get back to the property for a while so instructions on that would be really helpful. Thanks for letting us stay!

Every aspect of this stay was nice.

Every aspect of this stay was nice. The representative who helped me book the stay was great. The instructions addressing the online portions of the reservation were easy to follow. The instructions regarding our stay, and the additional services available, were comprehensive. The checkout was seamless. The property itself (Townsend Place B107 in Beaver Creek) was very nice and exactly as advertised on the website. There were several small touches that made it even better than expected. There was a humidifier for our son who sometimes has nasal issues. There was tons of wood available (and we kept that fire going!!! next time a little more kindling please...). They had glasses of all sorts to take adult beveraging up a notch. The Playstation worked and kept the kids busy when we wanted an hour to ourselves. Ski in Ski out makes things so easy once you figure out which trail and lift you need to use. Easy walk to BC village. Right on the main road which makes coming and going easier. We used Ski Grocers who nailed our food/drinks order. Only small gripe is that we were not allowed any additional parking. Which forced our dinner guest to park at the bottom of the hill and us to go pick them up instead of having them wait in 20 degrees for a bus. Apparently the property manager said the place was booked solid. That may have been, but the garage was never above half capacity. Other tiny complaint is that Townsend Place posted a "no ski gear upstairs" policy that makes no sense. There arent good places to change and the ski lockers are too small to hold all gear. Are we to leave our gear laying around the lobby? On the 6 or 8 hooks thereabouts? Seems like a better solution could be devised. Overall, awesome stay. Would gladly stay here again or recommend it to others.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN BEAVER CREEK!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. It is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation with family or friends. A huge asset is being so close to Beaver Creek Village/Ski Area. Although there are shuttles - we had no need - its a very close walk. Also, the parking spot was a nice perk as was the large hot tub! Highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to all the action that Beaver Creek has to offer!

Very nice condo, good value

There are many things we really liked about this condo. The location is perfect. It is an easy walk into Beaver Creek Village and you can go for a hike without getting in your car and driving somewhere. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance and the village has some fun shops and galleries. It is also a short drive to Vail and to Edwards. The master bedroom is large and the dining/living space is spacious. The kitchen isn't updated, but we knew that from the photos. It is a well stocked kitchen, but I wish they had the k-cup not just a large coffee maker. The beds are super comfortable (that is hugely important) and the bathrooms are efficient but small. The only thing we didn't love was the balcony/outdoor furniture. The furniture looks cute and rustic but isn't usable. There was a lot of chopped wood on the balcony but it was all over the balcony and a mess. The chairs were too uncomfortable to sit in. It would have been nice to have a usable balcony. Overall, I'd recommend this condo for a small family or couple. It's a good value for the money.

Great Stay!

The condo was clean and well stocked! Bed was comfortable. It was quiet, almost never saw another person and never heard anyone. The patio furniture is not comfortable and there was alot of firewood taking up space on the small patio - perhaps that was due to not having rentals this Spring. Overall it was a great rental w very close access to the playground and creek as well as the village! Thanks!

Will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time while in Beaver Creek! The location of the condo could not have been better! It was a very short walk to the village (even for the novice skiers that we were). Close to restaurants and the slopes. Parking was wonderful. And the condo was sparkling clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. We definitely will stay tgere again!

Great location with short, easy walk to the village. Perfect for families with children (we have 3 ages 13,11,8). Great sound of creek outside. Plenty of kitchen dishes and utensils. Washer and dryer in unit. We enjoyed our stay.

Beaver Creek Condo

We loved staying at this condo in the mountains of Beaver Creek. Updated. Clean. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. It is only a give minute walk over the creek and through the woods to the main Beaver Creek area. We went over Memorial Day. There was a festival going on we just walked to. So nice .
