LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! PENTHOUSE Creekside in Beaver Creek Village with Hot Tub onsite! Perfect for family with 2-4 children or two couples. WALK to SKI SCHOOL! Walk to chair lifts/gondola/restaurants/shops. Ski-out via Oxford ski-way to the Elkhorn Lift or a short walk to chair 6/Centennial Express or Childrens Gondola/ski school. Ski in for lunch or at the end of the day and relax in the hot tub!

This penthouse unit is on the Southwest corner of Townsend Place, which provides ample natural light from the extra windows. Private 2 bedroom, 2 full bath. Walk-out to all the shops, restaurants, ice rink, ski school, ski lifts, and Vilar Center of the Performing Arts, play ground for kids 50 ft away, overlooking the creek. A+ location and views. Be in the center of the action!

In the summertime you are right next to Beaver Creek Golf Course (you can book tee times for this golf club by staying here), hiking trails, biking trails, miniature golf, kids trampolines, slack lines, Corn hole, climbing walls.

Reed was great. Answered any questions we had promptly. The place was perfect for us. It was just a few steps away from the village. The ski in/ski out was perfect. We only got to use the ski out twice but that was only because of snow conditions. Ski in was easy and we used everyday. Fireplace was enjoyed by all and so nice the fire starters and wood was provided.

This is a nice property that is well stocked and in a great location next to Beaver Creek Village. It is serviced by the free local shuttle around Beaver Creek and is a short walk to the Vail Express Shuttle (also free). Be aware that it is only ski-in/ski-out if there is enough snow for the closest lift to be open... that wasn't the case when we were there, but we were still able to take the free shuttle to the base of the mountain.

The perfect mountain retreat! Location, location, location- in the middle of everything at Beaver Creek and 17 miles from Vail. It was spacious, clean and super easy to access.Light, open and good views!The host was accommodating and quick to respond. We will return!

Off-season stay for a soccer tournament - worked perfectly to accommodate our family. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Quick responses from the host. Would recommend for in-season stay as the hot tub access, fireplace, and balcony views would not disappoint! Would stay again!

Perfect mountain vacation spot

This condo exceeded all expectations! We were here for a quick snowboarding trip and wanted to be in a location close to the village with a hot tub. This condo was perfect. It allowed us to relax and have a good time. Lots of space. Highly recommend!

Our first trip to Beaver Creek! This condo was great for our family! The host was quick to respond at all times when we had questions.The location was so close to the village. The hot tub was great too!! The condo was exactly what was pictured. Very clean. Thank you for everything! We will be back!

Perfect location

We stayed in this property to ski and the location is incredible. A short, slightly inclined walk to Beaver Creek Village. You can ski in and ski out but we ended up renting our skis in the village and using the included valet by the Centennial lift each day. There is a ski locker if needed that seemed very straightforward we just didn’t use. We enjoyed the fireplace, large screen TV in the living room to catch the Super Bowl, and the outdoor hot tub. Beds were comfortable, there were ample sheets/blankets/towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. We did order in one night and another took the Vail Connect to Bachelors Gulch (download the app for free transport throughout the resort). Would stay again - thank you!

Great Location!

We stayed here a a few weeks ago to catch the beautiful leaves and play some mountain golf at Beaver Creek Golf Club. So beautiful! The golf course is right down the street. The condo was clean & spacious. It was perfect for our group. We utilized the hot tub as well! We will be back in the winter!
