Summary:
This place was FULLY remodeled last year and transitioned to an Airbnb. We have new appliances, beds, sofas, etc.

We have a fantastic open living concept with bar seating and a kitchen table. The place is 100% as pictured and you will have PLENTY of space.

Our kitchen is 100% fully stocked for you to enjoy all of your cooking/eating needs!

We are centrally located in Lincoln Park. Lincoln Park is one of Chicago's best neighborhoods! Located next to bars/restaurants/shopping!

This property worked well for our family for graduation weekend for our daughter. Plenty of room and extra beds if anyone needs that. Close to train station and lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Only thing I would recommend is an upgrade on the bath towels but all else very good!

Exceptional location near trains and buses, which made all of Chicago accessible. Near Wrigley, good restaurants, and grocery stores too. Apartment itself is very nice, and two bathrooms is an enormous plus. Great, new appliances too. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Chicago.

Very nice place to stay at a reasonable price. My friends and I had a great time here for St. Patrick’s day weekend! Location is awesome, property owner was very communicative.

This apartment was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and super comfy. The beds were awesome, the kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need to cook. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was very nice. We would definitely book again! Definitely deserves the 5 stars!!!

Fantastic place to stay for our visit of the city! The location is great. Plenty of stuff near bye and very close to the train to go downtown. Property looks exactly like the pictures. Plenty of room for our group of four adults. Only small thing is no dedicated parking space with your stay but the host gives all the information on how to park. So I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great and spacious, and well stocked. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the location is terrific for getting downtown, maybe a 10 minute walk to the El stop. Even came with a coffee maker and pre-ground coffee. Would definitely stay again if it’s available. No parking but it turned out I was almost always able to get a free spot basically across and a little down the street. Walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants as well as groceries.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The property was not as advertised and appeared to be poorly cleaned before our arrival. We found multiple bugs in the beds, which was extremely concerning. When we notified the host, the only solution offered was replacement linens, which did not address the underlying issue.The listing also advertises a balcony, but access requires climbing over a bed, and the exterior door was locked, making the space essentially unusable during our stay. Additionally, the "free parking" described in the listing was actually street parking located several blocks away, which felt misleading.The rug in the unit was sticky and dirty, adding to the overall impression that the property had not been properly maintained or cleaned. Between the cleanliness concerns, misleading amenities, and lack of meaningful response from the host, we would not stay here again.

Everything was great! Cable wasn't working when we arrived and the host delivered a Roku the next day! Clean, comfortable and just a short walk to Wrigley Field!
