To ensure everything goes well, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:



The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your bags here at our agency.



No noise is allowed from 10pm to 9am (Silence Law).



The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.



We do not accept visitors, guest exchanges or new guest registrations during the reservation, even if the apartment still has available capacity. All documentation MUST be sent before check in.



Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.



Use the service entrance and elevator when you have luggage or beach clothes.



When leaving the apartment, check that you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.



Our check-in is from 3pm and our check-out is before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.



For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid for separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit.



Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of your stay and are not replenished.



All guests must submit their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
