This magical, massive cabin is located on the highly sought Settler’s Ridge Way at the top of Sky Harbor! Connects perfectly to the spur, which is the road that runs between Pigeon Forge to Gatlinburg.
You’ll have quick and easy access to both cities while still being secluded away with a fantastic view!
The space
Our friendly black bear statue out front will greet you upon your arrival to the property. Please make it a point to go and have pictures made with him to share with us, we'd love to see them!

The driveway has ample room for up to 4 vehicles when positioned properly.

Two steps up to the porch will lead you into a warm and inviting entryway on the main level.

Main Level features:
This level has a fully stocked kitchen which will allow you to cook whatever your heart desires. The kitchen should have everything on hand to help prepare all meals. Let us know if that is not the case! TV is equipped with Spectrum cable package (HD channels start in the 700's).

To the right of the kitchen, you will find the first king bedroom with it's own bathroom. This bathroom offers a jetted tub/shower combo.
One of the sofas in the living area is a queen sleeper sofa.

The bedroom has a fantastic king size bed, a dresser, a hanging closet, and a newer large flat screen smart TV equipped with spectrum cable. The can't miss feature of the room is A FULLY FUNCTIONAL WOODEN SOAKING TUB! This feature is a remarkable guest favorite, make sure you scroll through our listing pictures and get a peek at it!


Top Level Features:
Upstairs you will find another loft style bedroom with it's own bathroom. This bedroom also has a king size bed with a GORGEOUS view from the chaise lounger. Grab a book and soak in the views from the very top in this room! (Please note: this bedroom is open to the downstairs living room- think loft style)
The bedroom is equipped with a chest and hanging closet.
The bathroom attached to this bedroom has a shower and jetted tub combo.

Bottom Level features: SHINER'S SPOT TO BE
Moving downstairs, you will find the third and last bedroom (and bathroom) as well as the game room.
What does every adult want while on vacation??? Something to entertain the kids, of course (and themselves if we're being honest).
We have stocked this game room with all kinds of games, including a standing multicade, red felt bar sized pool table, a waist high Jenga, ring toss and a HUGE connect four game. TV is equipped with Spectrum cable package (HD channels start in the 700's). This room will definetly be considered the fun zone.
Two sofas can be found in the game room, both of which are sleeper sofas.
A mini bar with dorm sized fridge, bar seating, pub table seating, stack stone fire place, and flat screen smart tv equipped with spectrum cable are all located in the game room area as well.

Also on this level you can find stackable washer/dryer in the closet and another bathroom with jetted tub/shower combo.

This bedroom will feature our last king size bed and a twin over twin bunkbed. A dresser and hanging closet are found in this room as well.

We take pride in providing top of the line sleeping comfortability as well with our mattresses and toppers provided. If you do not feel comfortable for any reason sleeping, please let us know as we always want to improve.

The entire cabin and property are yours to enjoy to yourself! As for resort amenities, the property is located in Settler's Ridge Resort. During Summer months, guests will have access to the shared resort pool and clubhouse area.
