Unwind and spend quality time with loved ones in the inviting living and dining areas, complete with the added warmth of an electric fireplace in the living room. The basement level is a haven for entertainment enthusiasts, featuring an expansive 86" TV accompanied by nine reclining sofas and an arcade game. Additionally, a full bathroom with a washer and dryer is conveniently located here. A delightful bunk room is currently being developed to further enhance your stay and add to your enjoyment. Step onto the back deck, where you'll find a rejuvenating hot tub and breathtaking views of the Smokies. The top floor offers endless hours of family amusement in the gaming loft, featuring an air hockey table and arcade games, as well as two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Outside, immerse yourself in the beauty of the Smoky Mountains with a serene walking path along the ridge. Furthermore, a cozy fire pit awaits. Please bring or buy your own firewood.

We gladly welcome well-trained, housebroken dogs. They must be over 18 months old and vaccinated. $50 per dog per night. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats due to severe allergies. When making your booking, please provide the age, vaccination status, and breed of each dog, and confirm that there is no history of biting.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Government ID required to be sent when rental agreement is signed for booking to be accepted. Primary renter must be age 25 or older, and must remain on site for the reservation term.r you will ever experience!
