Welcome to our fantastically updated 3br/2ba condo at the Northern Bay Resort! The unit has been completely renovated from top to bottom. This first floor unit backs up to hole #1 of the Northern Bay golf course and is steps from all of the fantastic amenities and beach access that Northern Bay offers.

Enjoy the peace of mind of experienced and responsive hosts! (see the reviews of our Lake of the Ozarks property)

The space:
The unit is on the ground floor, ideal for easily accessing the unit from the garage and enjoying the large back patio facing hole #1. Best of all, no stairs!

Our stay at Matt's place was absolutely perfect. Our extended family has gotten so busy with life that we don't get together as often as we'd like, and with the accommodations available here, we were all able to come together and fill our cups.The booking, check-in, and check-out processes were simple and seamless. The home is thoughtfully equipped with everything needed to sit back, relax, and enjoy quality family time together.We truly appreciated the opportunity to reconnect and make memories, and Matt's place provided the perfect setting to do just that.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had 6 adults and 3 children. The bunk beds & pack n play were perfect for us! The pool, tennis/pickleball courts were very close. Loved the ping pong table, stroller, and corn hole in the garage. The lake was also very nice! We would definitely stay here again! Matt & Kristin were very responsive when we had questions.

Host was very responsive with quick replies. Place was comfortable and had everything we needed as far as supplies, dishes, etc. TV’s in every bedroom was a plus especially for kids. 12 of us were very comfortable in the home. Will definitely come back. Thank you to Matt and Kristin.

Everything was accurate in the listing, extremely clean and host was very responsive to any questions. We loved our vacation here. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Castle Rock Lake.

Beautiful condo in a great family-friendly resort. The beach and pool are in close proximity to the property and well maintained. This is a perfect place for golfers as well—the replica course is so much fun to play! We ventured out for a round and went over to hit range balls and watch golfers tee off on the island green another day. The property was clean and kitchen well-stocked. The use of the garage during our stay was fabulous as well! A definite plus for us. We had a little glitch during check-in with key cards not being ready, but the office staff were helpful and everything went smooth after that. Matt was very responsive with answering questions and helping during our stay. We had a great week!

Perfect Location

Great location for golf, water sports and local farmers market, Flyte Family Farm. Easy check in super clean and modern. The tiki bar was a blast. Safe and very friendly neighbors.

Northern Bay Condo

This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable, well stocked and great communication with Host. Our family loved this stay over Christmas and will book again when in the area. It felt like a home away from home.

Wonderful Condo!

Northern Bay is a great resort with plenty of amenities and the lake access is amazing! This condo is beautifully updated, very comfortable and very clean! The check in process was easy and we had no issues! We will be staying here again!

We love visiting Northern Bay! The condo is clean and tastefully decorated. The amenities here are wonderful for our family with the boat dock for our boat, pool area, park area, and the golf course is beautiful! Someday we might enjoy that part when our children get a little older.

This was a great rental, and they provided so many of the basic necessities, such as dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and even shampoo and lotion in the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for our 5 day stay. Matt and Kristin were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be coming back again- hopefully soon! Very nice Resort too!

Perfect Getaway

Stayed with my family, two of my kids friends and our dog…location and property great. Kids enjoyed playing bags, swimming and pickle ball every day. Unit was clean and updated, had everything we needed.

Beautiful home away from home.

This condo is wonderful! It is super clean and tidy. All the basic essentials were supplied and it truly felt like a home away from home. We have stayed at several VRBOs. This one was at the top!

Very Nice Property - nicely decorated and furnished. Very appreciative of the beach toys and stroller for the kiddos! Well stacked kitchen as well - a suggestion for future guests might be a collapsable beach wagon for pool and beach trips - we had forgotten ours. Will definitely keep in mind for future trips!
