Guests have access to the entire home (minus the basement and locked owner's closet) via keypad entry.
Getting Around:

Low-clearance vehicles (such as sedans or minivans) may not be able to reach the property, especially after rain or during winter months.
âïž Snow and icy conditions do occur in this area, and road conditions can change quickly. Guests are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is suitable for mountain terrain and weather.

Absolutely NO parties- grounds for termination
Only 10 guests max at all times
Dogs are $125 per stay- up to 2 dogs allowed- no cats please
A high-clearance SUV or AWD/4WD vehicle is strongly recommended year-round.
Please note there are 5 exterior ring camera solely to keep track of our cleaning team. They are on each exterior corner of the home.
GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while youâre still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
