The Space:

Welcome to our charming vacation home! This beautifully appointed retreat boasts a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for crafting delicious homemade meals. On the main floor, you'll find three cozy bedrooms, each furnished with a luxurious queen bed and a TV. Ascend to the loft, where a single and a full bed await, perfect for youngsters or additional guests. Downstairs, discover another queen bed adjacent to a captivating gaming area, offering endless entertainment.



Up to two dogs are welcome, with a nominal fee of $100 per visit. There is a fenced backyard. No cats or other pets allowed.



NOTE: The backyard is a shared common area with the other unit, and there might be guests from the other unit sometimes.



Parking is available on either side of the street and in the driveway on the west side of the house, easily accommodating larger groups.



Step outside to the patio, where a gas grill beckons for al fresco dining. Inside, amenities such as an oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator await in the kitchen, complemented by a convenient coffee station and a variety of small appliances.



For your convenience, a full-sized washer and dryer are located in the laundry room. Entertainment options include free WiFi and multiple televisions throughout the home. Venture out to explore nearby restaurants or immerse yourself in Sequim's art scene during Friday evening art walks.



Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form.



A discount of 10% off for 6-9 nights and 15% off for 10 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. If you booked via Airbnb, the discount will already be included in the price and will not show as a separate deduction. If you booked via VRBO, please ask us to apply the discount to your stay. For longer stays between 21-28 nights, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge, and an additional $260 non-refundable fee will be applied to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance, ensuring peace of mind during your extended stay.



Situated in an ideal location for Northwest adventures, embark on day trips to Olympic National Park, Lake Crescent, or the picturesque Pacific coast. Closer to home, Sequim offers charming beaches, the famed Dungeness Spit, and delightful lavender farms dotting the valley.



In the evenings, walk to local restaurants like Tedesco's or Salty Girls. For a laid-back atmosphere, head to Peninsula Tap Room for craft brews and ciders. Alternatively, experience the excitement of live music and gaming at Seven Cedars Casino, just a short drive away.
