Owner of the building lives below on first floor and has 2 very friendly dogs. Note - there is only 1 bathroom available during your stay.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of smoking inside the property may result in a $250 violation fee, plus any related cleaning, repair, or damage costs.
-Parties and events are not permitted. Unauthorized parties, events, or large gatherings may result in a fee of $100 per unauthorized guest, plus any related damages, and may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
-Only registered guests included on the reservation are permitted at the property unless approved in writing before arrival. Unauthorized additional guests may result in a fee of $100 per guest, per night, and/or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
-Pets are only permitted when included on the reservation and approved before check-in.
-Pet waste must be cleaned up immediately. If pet waste is left on the property, a $50 fee may be charged per occurrence.
-Fireworks are strictly prohibited. If fireworks are used, discovered, or reported, we may contact local authorities, require the reservation to end immediately, and charge a $500 violation fee, plus any related damages.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During quiet hours, guests must keep noise to a respectful level inside and outside the property. Excessive noise, neighbor complaints, police response, or repeated disturbances may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund and/or additional fees.
-Check-in and checkout times must be followed unless an early check-in or late checkout has been approved in writing. Unauthorized early arrival or late checkout may result in additional fees and may interfere with scheduled cleaning or maintenance.
-Additionally - Unauthorized late checkout may result in a fee of $50 per 30 minutes, plus any costs caused by delayed cleaning, maintenance, or the next guest’s arrival.
-Guests must report any damage, broken items, leaks, stains, or maintenance issues as soon as they are discovered. Guests may be responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or repair costs caused during the stay.
-Guests may not disable, cover, remove, unplug, or tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, exterior security devices, noise monitoring devices, Wi-Fi equipment, smart locks, thermostats, pool equipment, or other property systems. Tampering with safety or security equipment may result in additional fees and/or cancellation of the reservation.
-Illegal activity is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Any suspected illegal activity may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and notification of local authorities.
