Susan got back to me promptly when I asked questions. The house was clean and well kept. Only recommendation would be to use fabric softener for towels which seemed very stiff! Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well supplied with needed supplies.

I had a girls weekend here that was so relaxing! It was nice to be so close to the board walk but have the option to cook at home, or head to the beach for a little bit. The beds were comfortable and it was very spacious for our crew.

I can't say enough good things about this place! The location is perfect. An easy trek into town for grocery shopping and supplies, a quick walk to the strip for restaurants and activities and steps from the beach. The beach house was well appointed. It had everything we needed, linens, bathroom supplies, beach towels and beach chairs...to name a few things. The host was extremely thoughtful with amenities and included everything you need to make the place feel like home. Even better than home.The house and furnishings were also extremely comfortable and spacious and accommodated 4 adults, a teenager and a toddler. I loved that there were 3 parking spots. We had two cars and it was so easy for my sister and niece to come visit from Windham having a place to park that was convenient. The outdoor seating was fabulous, we enjoyed sitting outside on the deck while our grandson placed ball in the little grassy yard in the back.We would absolutely book this location again.

Location and amenities were great. Pool was clean and uncrowded. Our outside trash can was overflowing when we arrived and we had to take the previous tenants trash to the curb our first night. The condo itself needs some updating. One chair in living room is broken, you fall forward as you try to get up. Other chairs and sofas are dirty and stained and need cleaned or replaced. The dining table has a 4 inch gouge in the center which was covered with a tray. We had to call about plumbing 3 times, two toilets did not work properly. The garbage disposal sprayed out water all over the kitchen and had to be replaced. The beds were way too soft. If all these things were repaired or replaced it would be a nice comfortable condo.
