Overall the house is nice, has really great views, and lots of space for two families with 3 kids. Close to activities and stores, which was convenient. Unfortunately, for the cost we paid for the luxury home (incredibly inflated due to the holidays) there are things that were disappointing and not addressed. 1. No WiFi - contacted the host repeatedly about this, both passwords did not work and we tried multiple devices. Was never fixed during our 4 day stay and racked up over 100 is data overages. 2. Massive amount of broken glass by the front door, which the kids found. Sent a photo to the host right away and asked to have it cleaned up. Was told someone would be out to clean it up and address the wi-fi. Glass was still there when we checked out. 3. Empty alcoholic seltzers were found by the kids and empty coke can and trash outside the house. Considering the cost associated to the cleaning fee, this was very disappointing.4. The kitchen - they're having electrical issues as they placed two massive clamp lights that are plugged into outlets. The WOLF oven door needs maintenance and oven had not been cleaned in a very very long time. Fridge was set to 35, but never got cold enough. Frying pans are in a terrible state and need to be replaced. 5. Only 1 bed had adequate bedding for winter, otherwise was a sheet and thin quilt. Only 2 throw blankets were found. 6. Chris is pleasant enough, but had to follow up repeatedly and my last message was ignored.
