Relax with the family at our quaint & peaceful home in the private gated community of Arrowhead Lake. This one level ranch style home has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and plenty of space to gather & eat both inside and out! Come enjoy the highly rated & sought-after Arrowhead Lake Community! Perfect for a family getaway here in the Poconos. You'll be close to many of the Pocono's top attractions such as ski resorts, waterparks, hiking and historic destinations. We provide linens and all basics! Our community does charge added fees (see below). Leave your worries behind and escape to the Poconos! Venture to any of the many great Pocono attractions! After a day of fun, come back and relax at our newly renovated home away from home tastefully designed & decorated with our guest's comfort in mind. The home also comes with complimentary use of two kayaks for time out on the lake during the summer months. Spend the evening on the fully furnished deck or make s'mores well into the night around the fire pit! Our home is a one level ranch style house, perfect for a family or couples. Bedrooms/Bathroom: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Twin Bunk Bed & Twin bed Bedroom 3: Twin Trundle Bed Bathroom: Full Bathroom with Shower/Tub combo OUTDOOR LIVING: Large deck with Propane grill and Patio furniture & table. Outdoor firepit with wood provided. INDOOR LIVING: 4 Smart TVs (1 in every room) includes prime video subscription, electric baseboard heat, dining table with seating for 4, young children's toys, games for the whole family, books, and a washer/dryer. KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, microwave, Keurig (limited k-cups provided), industrial coffee maker, toaster, blender and more. GENERAL: Free Wi-Fi, complimentary toiletries, towels/linens, starter kit of kitchen and bathroom paper products, Pack N' Play, and highchair. PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles) PETS: We allow 1 dog 25lbs and under with one-time pet fee of $35 You will have access to the entire home and all of Arrowhead Lakes amenities. In the home there is a welcome book with everything you would need to know about the home. If you need to contact us there is an emergency number to guest services available 24/7. This home is located in the Gated community of Arrowhead lakes Upon arrival you need to register at the front gate with your license and car registration. You are then provided a gate card for entry and exit of the community. There is a gravel driveway at the home for parking. The Arrowhead Lakes community is conveniently located near 940, 115, the PA Turnpike. It makes for a great stay year-round as it is filled with its own amenities within a close drive to much more! Amenities Within the Community: ⇻ 4 Beaches ⇻ 3 Heated Outdoor Pools; each location has a baby pool as well ⇻ Basketball, Tennis, and Volleyball Courts ⇻ Canoes, Kayaks, Paddleboards, and Bike Rentals ⇻ Fishing ⇻ Fitness Center, Library, and Adult Billiards (18+ years of age) ⇻ Game Center; air hockey, pool tables, ping pong, television, board games ** All beaches and pools include a playground, picnic tables, charcoal grills, boating/fishing docks and roped off swimming areas** **Summer Entertainment** (Movies, Games, Crafts, Live Music, Cabaret, Karaoke, and MORE! It is the policy of the community association. *We will ask for vehicle and occupant information to complete registration upon booking. * We will submit the registration and payment on your behalf and request payment for the balance via Airbnb. * Upon arrival, you will have to go to the Rental Office (located office site, on your way to the community) to obtain your gate cards and wrist bands. The office is open from 10am-10pm. Arrowhead Lake fees are mandatory in addition to Airbnb costs. *You are responsible for the full cost of your registration and late fees. If we are unable to register you due to failure to submit information Arrowhead Lake association will deny you entry and you may lose your reservation without refund. It is important that you submit all needed information after booking.

Nice, clean property. Loved the addition of the hot tub and the fire ring was a hit. So convenient to launder clothes right at the house.

Nice house and great location

House was nice and love Arrowhead. Cleaners missed some stuff before check in we had to take care of. House was well set up and had nice deck with a fire pit area.

Lovely home

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! The property was exactly as described, and the photos were accurate. The house was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location was perfect, close to local attractions and amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, making it ideal for families or groups.The property manager/owner was extremely helpful and responsive, answering all our questions and providing recommendations for the area.We would highly recommend this rental house to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
