Nestled on the sunny south shore, this condo offers a tremendous location. Some of best snorkeling is a short walk, as is one of the best restaurants on the island. Walk the tropical garden, swim with the turtles, watch whales, (in season), hike, golf, shop, or just relax by the pool. The condo is equipped with everything you need to explore and enjoy beautiful Kauai!

When you initially drive up to the property you immediately think of a movie with an old Vegas style hotel. Although the building is pretty old it is very charming and the grounds are kept very nice with beautiful landscaping throughout. Walking up the stairs to the 3rd floor was a little exhausting but we need the exercise. When we entered the unit it was very hot. The air conditioning is in the back bedroom and took a full day to cool off the unit with strategically placed fans. The washer and dryer are in an odd place and very loud so don't do laundry at night. The shower is extremely small. All of these little discomforts were easily dealt with because you had the gorgeous view. Yes there is a road with cars in view but it didn't bother us at all. There is a little beach right across the street. We snorkelered there and saw a lot of fish and sea turtles. This beach spot is also a place were many people gather to watch the sun set. The place is super convenient to everything but not in the over populated areas of the larger resorts. If you are looking for a place with a great view and don't want to spend a ton of money I suggest this place. Keep in mind that for Hawaii on a budget you will have to make a few sacrifices for the beautiful view. Enjoy!!

Our stay was great, check-in was a breeze. The condo was sweltering upon arrival, and unfortunately the bedroom AC unit is just that-sufficient for the bedroom but not the entire condo. Vents under the living room windows can be opened to get some airflow, but it took hours to get to a comfortable temperature. The bedroom stays plenty cool to sleep comfortably, however during the day the living room gets pretty hot-luckily, we were out and about on adventures most days so didn't have to worry about it too much. Plenty of kitchen implements available if you want to take advantage of the communal BBQ's.

This was a gorgeous property. The view from the balcony was wonderful and it was perfect for our stay. The A/C was awesome and kitchen and beach equipment were there as described. We'll be coming back the next time we stay in Kauai
