Your booking was confirmed on March 15th for the dates of May 4th through May 10th. On the very same day, you inquired about the safety of the neighborhood, to which I responded promptly. Additional questions from you were submitted on April 9th and again on May 4th at 6:52 AM, each of which I answered in a timely manner. I take communication with my guests seriously, and at no point was there a delay or lack of response on my part. With respect to the neighborhood: I have owned and personally overseen this property for nearly 18 years and have never encountered any incidents that would suggest it is unsafe. I understand that perception may vary, but the area remains residential and peaceful. Regarding the accommodation itself, the listing clearly states that it is a studio-style unit. While compact, it is fully equipped and accurately photographed. The driveway is indeed shared, which is also disclosed prior to booking. The layout and features were transparently described, and your opportunity to cancel without penalty extended well beyond the standard timeframe. While I understand your circumstances may have changed unexpectedly, it is disheartening to see a public attempt to undermine the integrity of a long-standing business based on subjective impressions rather than objective failings. I accommodated all communication, provided accurate inform
