PARKING
An onsite heated parkade provides secure parking for one vehicle per suite. Additional vehicles can reserve a second stall for $15/night (subject to availability), or park at no extra cost in designated areas throughout the hamlet.

LIVING
Gather your loved ones in the spacious open-concept main living area for effortless entertaining. Sink into the comfortable couch and bask in the warmth and ambiance of the fireplace. With a flat-screen TV offering streaming and cable options, enjoy your favourite series together in cozy comfort.

KITCHEN
Gather around the large island, offering the perfect setting to indulge your culinary passion in your fully-equipped kitchen. Stocked with all the essentials and basic pantry supplies to create delicious meals and bring out your inner chef.

The charming dining area comfortably seats six, setting the scene for relaxed meals with family and friends. Additional seating at the kitchen island welcomes extra company. Indulge in delicious food and good conversation in this inviting space.

SLEEPING

For additional guests, the queen sofa bed in the living room provides a comfortable extra sleeping option.

CANCELLATION POLICY - MODERATE
*100% refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival. (Less credit card processing fee. See details below).
* 50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
* Original Transaction Processing Fees: Stripe`s processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned. These fees are non-refundable.
* Refund Issuance Fees: There will be an additional charge of 2% + $0.30 for issuing refunds, as per Stripe`s refund policy.
* Hostaway Application Fee: Hostaway imposes a 1% fee of the total reservation cost for processing cancellations.
