The inside of the place we stayed in was great! Good location to everything we wanted to see. Amenities were plenty. The property/yard and garbage collection needed more attention. Overall would recommend the accommodations.

Great place, convenient location

Clean, spacious, and wonderful property. Easy driving distance to downtown, west end, and more. We found it a perfect place while visiting St. John's to see friends and family.

Comfortable Stay

We spent 1.5 weeks in this rental and found it to be comfortable with all that was needed for our stay. Good location with a market and restaurant nearby.

Our property was wonderfully appointed, very clean and probably one of the best I've ever stayed in. Amelia was such an accommodating host making special arrangements when we needed them on another part of our visit to NewFoundland. Amelia was very accessible by phone when I needed her for a question or two. I highly recommend this property and this host (she has other properties).

St John’s stay

Very handy location.. short cab ride from location to downtown. The rental is very neat and had most things we needed. Was nice to be able to make dinner instead of eating out every night Tjanks again to Amelia

My stay was with my two adult sisters but I do believe this house could accommodate three couples.Grocery store is very close by as is a excellent authentic Newfie restaurant (Big R)with sit in and take out options. The house itself was very clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom towels were in good supply and a plus there is a washer and dryer. I was very pleased with being able to park in the driveway. The location is close enough to downtown and everything else in town is just a short drive away. The host was only a text message away and she is extremely responsive. Okay two small things I didn't like: the old fashioned lock box and the single ply toilet paper, both are minor but worth a mention because both are an easy fix. Yes I would stay there again.
