This new listing rental is tucked in the woods on the shore of Center Hill Lake in Silver Point TN, minutes away from Hurricane Marina and Floating Mill Recreation Area. This charming three-bedroom home comfortably sleeps 10. You’ll love relaxing on the spacious deck areas in the summertime or cuddling in the warmth by the fire pit table on cool evenings. Brilliant views of the lake in the fall and winter are partially replaced by lush foliage in the summertime. Our family has amazing memories of times spent together in this peaceful setting. The Glynn Cottage serves as the perfect home base and springboard into all of the area’s best attractions.
- The Great Outdoors. Enjoy active outdoor activities including boating, fishing and hiking by the lake and the nearby Caney Fork River, or adventure further to Cummins Falls or Burgess Falls state parks, and the Window Cliffs State Natural area where views are breathtaking.
- Local Culture When you need a change of pace, explore delightful lakeside restaurants, a local Appalachian Crafts Center, nearby vineyards, and even a farm and creamery where little ones can cuddle baby goats. The family can also set out for a day in the historic town of Cookeville, with all its attractions, only 20 minutes away.

- Main Floor: This beautiful open floor plan includes a main floor with two full bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom and a large open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has all the cookware and dishware needed for creating those wonderful family meals. There is a wood burning fireplace and both a dining table and an island with additional seating
- Lofted Entertainment Space: The comfortable lofted living area is surrounded by windows overlooking the woods and the lake, and is the perfect place to gather together to enjoy family time – watching your favorite TV shows on the smart TV, playing board games, sitting and reading or just soaking up the moments.
- Lower Level: Accessible via a spiral staircase, the lower level is perfect space for the kids to play or for a second gathering of any kind. It features an additional TV area for gaming or relaxation as well as a full bathroom, semi-private bedroom (below), and the laundry room.

OUTDOOR AREAS (THREE DECKS!)
- Upper side deck: Featuring the best views of the lake, the side deck is fully open and equipped with: a large grill, a fire pit table, a large table that seats 6, cushioned outdoor sofa and chairs, and wooden benches for enjoying the outdoors.
- Upper back deck: Directly attached to the main living space and serving as the gateway to both the side and lower decks, this area is covered, screened in, and more private making it perfect for morning coffee or yoga, or a pleasant retreat from sun or rain at any time.
- Lower back deck: Directly below the upper back deck, this space is also covered and has a porch swing and hooks to dry wet belongings
