Lower level in a split level house perfect for any season adventure and relax after it! (40 mi from the Mt.Hood!) Private entrance, deck and backyard, washer and dryer, full restroom, spa, bbq grill, fireplace, smart TV, exercise equipment, kitchenette, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.Couch can transform into twin bed. Extra bedding provided.
2 private entrances with password . Self check in. Late is fine. Bus stop is around the block and train stop is not too far as well.

Property was superb, clean and located in prime location in the middle of bustling city and close to everything. We really enjoyed the use of the hot tub every night. It was perfect to be able to set the temp nice and hot and watch it heat pretty fast. It was perfect for our stay in the city. Close to waterfalls and mountains. Only saw the owner when we checked in due to this being our second time using Vrbo and not reading our messages. Max was pleasant to speak with. Only suggestion we have because we didn’t see them (paper pad/pen) other then that this property had everything we needed and then some

Our sty was cancelled last minute due to the host double booking. We had our reservation since Sept. 2024 and were provided details on how to get into the building. Then 4 hours later the reservation was cancelled.

We really enjoyed staying at Max's place. It was very clean and well appointed. Check in couldn't have been easier. Communication was excellent and Max responded to my questions promptly. I'd love to stay here again if I'm in the area.

Best VRBO rental!

This is hands down the best VRBO rental I’ve stayed in. The hosts thought of everything. Location is quiet, place is clean and well thought out and stocked. I can’t think of anything they missed. The hot tub was a bonus! We were only in town for 24 hours but if I need to go back to Gresham, I hope this spot is available.

Wonderful Stay

The place was easy to find, special guest parking, 2 way easy entry into space (thru garage or back private entry). Place was clean and well stocked with anything you might need (mini fridge, air fryer, luring, electric kettle, water bottles, washer/dryer, extra towels & blankets, even a fitness room!). Hot tub was clean and set and had an enclosed canopy for protection against weather (got windy during our stay).Max was a very generous host, he was able to get us an early check in, and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. We did have a mishap with the bed which he was quick to respond to and fix. The place was quiet and warm, we look forward to staying here in the future

Cozy little place. We enjoy staying here.

Only negatives this time were- hot tub was too hot for us to use and the room temp was a little hot for our taste. We like to sleep on the cooler side. (The temp is controlled by the main house thermostat)

Warm and clean

Easy to get in, everything we needed. I would’ve liked the hot tub hotter and refer colder (not sure it would keep anything for long but we were only there one night). Rooms were nice and warm and clean. We would stay here again for sure!

Wonderful stay

Max provided us with peace of mind and a nice clean place! My husband and I will Be back to stay in November after he gets stem cell therapy and this is where we are lucky enough to be able to stay very comfy clean and relaxing

Perfect Location

This spot was perfect for spending the day hiking and going back to relax in the hot tub. The house was clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.
