Bring your whole group to enjoy these THREE incredible remodeled condos only a 2 minute walk to the beach! This listing is for all three of our condos (1 - 1Bedroom/1Bath and 2- 2 Bedroom/2 Bath).
It's the best both worlds - bring your large group but have your own space! Remodeled! Peak-a-Boo Ocean views! Pools! Laundry! Free Parking! Centrally located on the island, our condos are the perfect location for your family and friend getaway!

****This listing is for THREE condos: Condo # 1 & 2 are right next door to each other. Condo #3 is one building over and is about a 1 minute walk away.
--Condo #1 is a 1 bedroom condo with a California King in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
--Condo #2 is a 2 bedroom condo with a California King in each bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Pack n Play for infants.
--Condo #3 is a 2 bedroom condo with a California King in one bedroom, a Queen bed in the other bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
*Each condo also has a pack n play for infants.
-Max occupancy of 2 bedroom condo is 6 each unit (or 7 if one is an infant)
-Max occupancy of the 1 bedroom condo is 4 (or 5 if one is an infant)
-ALL are second-floor units WITHOUT an elevator
-Parking - There are THREE reserved parking spaces. If you have more than 3 vehicles, you will need to find street parking.
-The onsite laundry center costs $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. Laundry is in unit and free in only ONE of the units.
-Children are welcome in our unit, but be aware the condo is NOT baby-proofed and there is NO LIFEGUARD at the pool. For guests with children, it is your responsibility to supervise your children at all times.
-No Smoking

-No Pets
-Quiet Hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM (please be respectful to our neighbors)
-Please wash off all sand prior to entering the condo.
