The space
The living space is roughly 30SQM with a single bedroom furnished with a full size (54"x78") bed and a daybed sofa in the living area. The total occupancy is for 3 persons maximum.

Setup for balcony dining and perfect for intimate meals to truly take in the experience of the Manila Bay view.

It also comes fully equipped with a compact kitchen to prepare small meals. It has an induction stove, pots & pans, utensils, complete diningware, electric water kettle, microwave and refrigerator.

To guarantee quality and cleanliness, The condo unit is professionally detailed from top to bottom before your arrival with fresh, linens, towels and amenities ready when you arrive.

To ensure safety, the building has 24/7 security personnel. Common spaces (outside of the condo unit) are periodically patrolled and constantly monitored. The entry door is digital, the access card provided to you is the only method of access.
