The river frontage offers beautiful views and river access to the popular Little Deschutes River for float, kayaking, wildlife viewing and fishing. This spring will have a good runoff and stimulate the germination of 20 to 30 native flowering plant species on the property. The spring also invites two to three does and their fawns, beaver, porcupine, squirrels, and many species of waterfowls and song birds to enjoy the trees, river and grass just outside the windows of the living room!
