This condo was absolutely perfect! Not only was it an incredibly clean, but everything was new and worked perfectly. The location was excellent! The view from the balcony of the ocean was wonderful! Could not have been a better trip!

The Condo was exactly as described, very comfortable with wonderful beach view. We had beautiful weather and an excellent week at the beach. Close to Fort Clinch. Very quiet and relaxing.

Wonderful Experience

This was our first time on Amelia Island and it certainly won’t be our last. Our stay was incredible, and the condo was superb.
Early sunrise with coffee.
Ghost crab hunting at night.

Beautiful view, loved the bunnies and turtles

We had family time. It was everything it showed online. The view was excellent. We loved watching the wild bunnies and turtles in the dunes. The pool was so nice after a beach day.

Ketch stay

Beautiful view of the beach for all weather. We had it all, stormy waves, snow flakes and warm sun. The pelicans and dolphins were a bonus to watch

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. It had everything that we needed. We loved how the rooms stayed dark for the kids. Everything was clean and the host was easy to get ahold of when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this place!

Peaceful Getaway

Great location on the beach for watching sunrises. Added benefit of turtles and rabbits on the sand dunes. Paula, property manager, very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. Clean condo, well stocked with all we needed for beach time. We definitely want to stay here again.

Therapy time

Property as cute as pictured. The view,access to beach,pool, was perfect. We ate most of our meals in as we did not want to leave the balcony! Watched the sunrise each morning and although there were children on the property, they did not disturb. The property managers could not have been more helpful with directions around the island.We were so pleased that we’ve bppked another stay in the fall. The condo was perfect for unwinding.
