They did a fantastic job, fixing up an older home. It was decorated very well and clean. Worked well for our overnight stay

Weekend getaway from TN

The property was nice. Rooms were a nice space and cleaned well. There was work being done to the back porch so you had to be careful. There was a leak/issues with the toilet and the owner and property manager handled right away. We will be back!

Great house

The property manager’s family is on site which was not a problem but definitely a surprise. Got there late at night a car was parked in the driveway and a kid washing a pot out back. Great house!! Great location.

Flies

When we arrived we noticed the outside trash can was completely full. There were also beer cans on the back porch area. There were hundreds of flies EVERYWHERE in the house. There is a section that isnt used for the rental that had thousands of flies in it. The downstairs bathroom has a large window in the shower that had no curtain or covering and and adult could be seen from outside so we could not use that shower comfortably without worrying about someone seeing us. The inside of the house was clean but again, flies everywhere!!

The deception of property never stated that a family stays at the residence.arrived at property and a car was in the driveway the next day seen a man standing on the side of the house he stated to me that he rents part of the house on the site

This was a great location for airport and the things we wanted to do. The house listing said 4 king beds but its 3 kings and 1 queen. The sofa is a love seat that does not pull out so you would have to pile up in the beds to sleep 12. The air upstairs was a bit warm as it was from window units. One room didn't have a closet. There were plumbing issues and only had one bathroom upstairs first night and most of 2nd day. A call was made as soon as we noticed the issue on day one but no one came until I called a second time the next day with videos of sewage in the shower on first floor. The house is decorated nicely but not really functional for eating and socializing. Example the dining table with 8 settings but there is nowhere to put the decor while you use it to eat. There is another table for 4 in the kitchen that has fewer decorations. Very few cabinets and all the pots and pans kept in oven so be aware when you go to cook. We bought ice because the ice maker didn't work. The front porch was dirty and unkept, the back porch is where the mop bucket is kept and nothing to sit on. There is a grill back there. The internet information is also wrong so use what is on the actual modem. Other than these things overall it was a good stay. Unfortunately, I did not take photos to explain further.

Nice house Not functional

This house is really nice and clean on the inside it has plenty of space for 8 to 10 people but not 12 people.The communications with the host was verry bad. We did not have any bath towels and only 8 big towels and 5 forks. This house didnt have any extra linens for beds and it didnt have a regular cook set. We had a wok, 1 soup boiler, and 1 small egg fryer to cook for 8 people. When i contacted the owner and asked for wash clothes they told me that i should asked for them when i asked for a single blanket. Keep in mind i never asked for a single blanket i asked for extra linen. Also that the cleaning staff will not bring me any until mid to late morning. So 8 people could not take a bath. I went and purchased some from walmart. Beautiful house but not functioning and bad customer service
