The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of rooms and beds. Plenty of dishes and cookware. We had a great time and beach access was right across the street. If I had to complain about something, it would be the front steps, they were quite steep and a bit rickety.

We loved the location and easy beach access. The house was as described and perfect for the 10 of us. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and got back to us right away. Prior to arrival we were told the air conditioning upstairs was having some issues. It was looked at and determined to be fine. We did feel the upstairs was much warmer than downstairs and the thermostat is locked so we were unable to turn it down. Each room had fans which helped. But AC levels are also personal preference. We just prefer a bit colder to sleep. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful and we would absolutely stay again!

The thermostats shouldn't be locked, so I am glad that we were able to take that off for you. We had an absolute blast. Beach access directly across a small street. A cute, 10-minute stroll will get you to town. The layout of the house was great. Our party of 9 had plenty of room to spread out or sit together and be cozy. Thank you so much for hosting.

Great place

We hosted our immediate family Christmas at the home and everything was perfect. Lots of space and lots of supplies for cooking.

Family Beach Vacation for 4th of July week

Mountain to Sea is a great house. Spacious and unique layout, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Kitchen was well stocked, and the location is perfect - directly across the street from a beach access with no parking lot, so this part of the beach is not overly crowded, even on high demand 4th of July. We would stay here again.

Great place

We had a wonderful time with this beach house. Amazing kitchen for delicious meals together. It was so comfortable to stay in, it felt like home with the beach across the street! We walked down to the restaurants easily and truly enjoyed ourselves.

Overall, great house The only suggestion would be to have some garbage bags or foil Maybe a few basics Most of the other places I’ve stayed at provide some of the basics

Holiday weekend

We greatly appreciated the space of this home. The bedrooms were very large and the living area accommodated our full group easily. The kitchen was well stocked making it easy to make meals. The direct beach access across the street was very convenient.

Nice Stay

The house is very conveniently located, just a few steps from the beach. The spacious layout of the home suited our family really well and we enjoyed cooking, eating, and hanging out together. The front porch was nice for relaxing and reading a book.

Will Definitely Stay Here Again!

Big house in a great location! Beach access directly across the street, views of the ocean from the wrap around front porch and only 10 minute walk into the heart of Folly Beach. Interior is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Will recommend this house to all my friends and family :)

Perfect Location

The house is located a quick walk from the beach which is perfect with families with children. The center street shopping is a short walk (less than 1/2 mile). House has large rooms and a very generous kitchen.

What a great time, beautiful house for a group of 10 adults. Walking distance to all the action on New Years and the Polar Bear Plunge the next day. Nicole gives top notch service managing the property.

Nice house & Great response from the rental management company

We had some issues about air conditioning thermostats and the rental company was quick to respond. The house was clean and much roomier than the pictures showed on the website. Loved our stay and hope to be back soon!!

Awesome rental

Loved this home. Large open great room, with large and functional kitchen. Great for a large group. Very comfortable living and bedrooms. Great decor. Easy access to the beach (across the street) , short walk to downtown. Awesome views. Loved the porches, bird watching and night sky. Highly recommend this house. Check it out

Heaven on earth!

Came to Folly for a wedding and the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room and within walking distance of The Tides and Center Street. Nicolle from the management company was wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions quickly. We had one very minor issue and she took care of it immediately. Would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again

This is a great house for a large group! Our extended family enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay here very much. It was perfectly equipped for cooking a Thanksgiving feast. The large kitchen made having several cooks easy. The elevator helped greatly to get in and our of the house with luggage and supplies. Overall, a wonderful place!

5 Stars!

Mountains to Sea is an incredible beach house! I visited in early May and was blown away by how spacious and beautifully decorated the house is. This location is ideally situated with beach access right across the street, a beautiful ocean view from the second row, and only a short walk or ride into downtown Folly. I would recommend this rental to anyone, it has all the best amenities with a lot of personality and comfort.

Excellent house

We loved this house. You can see ocean views out of most of the windows. It is directly across from the beach access. You can tell the owners loves this house. The furniture is very nice, and it's stocked with everything you need. It was also very clean. We come to Folly several times a year and stay in different homes. This one may just be our fav!

Outstanding House and stay

What a sweet stay! The house has everything one would want/need, including a gas and charcoal grill. Kitchen is huge and super well equipped. The home interior is spacious, gracious, and full of personality. Not a generic, cookie cutter house. Great location: 1 minute to the beach and maybe 10 minutes to downtown. We loved it, and will be back! :)
