Wonderful stay

This property was great for our Thanksgiving with our son on base at Camp LeJeune. Clean and spacious enough for our family.

Nice cute place, very convenient for visiting our son at Camp LeJeune. Close by lost of restaurants, grocery stores, beaches!

Sufficient

If you need a place to relax this is sufficient. The beds are very firm, its not spotless but well kept. Property manager was very responsive. Much better than staying in a hotel.

Mother’s Day weekend

My husband, brother-in-laws and I were surprising their mom for Mother’s Day. She lives in Swansboro so the house was a perfect location
 close enough that she could come over for dinner or we could meet somewhere in between. There were a few broken/loose items in the home but nothing that affected the quality of the stay. We enjoyed our weekend and would stay again! Ps

Very clean and great communication

We arrived around 9pm and found place clean and stocked for our immediate needs. Great communication from host making sure we had no issues and everything we needed. Responded quickly during our stay when I had a minor concern. Very cozy and felt like home even during the day with visitors. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Close to Camp Lejeune - Cozy

Host was very nice, communicated well, and quickly. Home was clean, cozy, and perfect for my husband, our son; we were visiting from Camp Lejeune and myself. Neighbors were quiet and nice. Easy access to base and around town, everything was close by. We didn't cook or eat at the home, but the kitchen looked to be stocked well. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and nice, plenty of room. We would stay here again without any hesitation.

Okay stay

I am very grateful to have stayed in samuel’s vrbo, however I am a little disappointed with some things. We communicated before our check in date to be able to check in early since we were driving, but never got a response back after he said that would be okay. Also, I just feel as if a lot of things were broken or not put together for our stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BROKEN ITEMS AND DIRTY ACCOMMODATIONS!!

Checked into the property with a front door key code. That was the most comforting part of the stay. The sofa was advertised as a false roll-out bed. Keurig coffee cups were not available as advertised, which wouldn't have mattered since the coffee machine was left in filth. The sink in the kitchen constantly leaked, which made the cleaning products underneath unusable. Had to buy our own. The microwave door was broken, which made opening and closing difficult. The air filter in the dryer was full of lint from the previous stay. The mop in the house was covered in mildew; therefore, we had to clean the floors with damp towels after we swept the entire house. All the celling fans had built-up dust on the blades. The upstairs bedroom was missing the box spring which made sleeping on it unbearable. Also, the towel rack was secured with a piece of duct tape. The upstairs air filter was caked with dust and debris. Contacted the owner to switch out the filter and told me that he just replaced it. Demanded that he do it ASAP which took 2 days. The downstairs vent was dirty as well; however, there was an air filter in the closet that was the correct size which I changed out myself. This was my first Vrbo and will be my last! I would of been better off staying at a Motel 6! Renters beware!!

Cute, Cozy & Close to everything

This lovely 2-bedroom / 2 1/2 bath townhouse is situated in a small, peaceful community. It's a location that offers the best of both worlds-a serene environment and easy access to everything you need, from Walmart, Target, Publix, to a variety of restaurants. The proximity to the Mall and Theater is a definite plus, but what truly sets this townhouse apart is its close proximity to Camp Geiger, opening up a world of exciting opportunities. The Owner's communication is not just good, it's exceptional. They are always prompt in addressing any queries.
