Great home, in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown, lots of parks and beach access points. Only downside is that for a large group there is only one guest bathroom for the 4 bedrooms and one bathroom in the master.

We loved our stay! The home is beautiful- just like in the pictures. The house very comfortably accommodated our group of 6. It was great that we could walk to the beach and were so close to shopping. Overall, it was a wonderful trip, and we would recommend the house and stay there again.

Perfect for Family Getaway

We loved being a 3 minute drive from the beach, and 10 from downtown Fernandina. Property manager was very responsive about one minor concern.

The house fit our needs well. The basic necessities were provided, which was nice, and the neighborhood felt safe. The master bathroom lacks some privacy, and the distance to the beach was greater than I realized.

We liked the Home a lot

The home was everything we expected and more. Close to the beach and town, very nice neighborhood and lots of room in the house for the extended family. We appreciated the towels and "starter packs" of toilet paper, soap and other basics. Everything was clearly communicated and we appreciated the opportunity for rental of bikes and beach equipment.

The overall stay was good; we had a few issues on arrival; but the host was very responsive to address issues.The neighborhood was nice& quiet;the family enjoyed bike riding& an enjoyable day at the beach; which was a few minutes away.

Comfortable Updated Home in Nice Neighborhood

This home is recently updated and within a nice neighborhood. It comfortably sleeps two families. The master suite is huge. Relatively close to bike trails, but you do have to cross a somewhat busy road to get to a sidewalk then the trails. Fenced in back yard is great for kids. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here on Amelia Island.

1,000% Recommend

Such a perfect house nestled in the best little beach community. The home layout was perfect, clean, and comfortable. The Master Bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on and we actually purchased the exact same mattress after arriving back home from staying here. Beach chairs, toys, umbrella, and towels were provided and were an extra special touch to our beach vacation. We will definitely be back next year!

Great Stay, Great Location, Great Communication

My family chose this space to accommodate families coming in and out for a week to and from the island. The location was near our family house in Park Lake neighborhood, close to downtown, easy access for groceries and other needs, and space for kids to run around. It was perfect! The rooms were spacious allowing for counsins making memories and messes in one room, while my brothers and I were able to relax in another living space. Our favorite restaurants were close by, (T-rays for breakfast was 6 minutes out), lots of necessities close enough to walk to, Including the YMCa with their pool, and easy to get on and off the island. The host was gracious and a great communicator, they also had plenty of information available for activities on the island. Great spot for families
