Ce chalet de 3 chambres et 1 salle de bain fait partie d'un groupe de chalets, The Wellfleeter Condominiums, situé à l'extrémité de Mayo Beach sur la baie de Wellfleet. Il comprend une cuisine avec lave-vaisselle, un coin repas, un salon, 3 chambres, une avec un lit queen et les deux autres avec 2 lits jumeaux dans chacune. La salle de bain a une baignoire et une douche. La laveuse / sécheuse est située au sous-sol. Il y a un accès par un chemin menant à 400 pieds de plage de sable privée à l'usage des résidents des chalets. Il se trouve à quelques pas des courts de tennis, de l'aire de jeux communautaire, des restaurants et du port de Wellfleet. C'est à environ 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Wonderful Place for Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at this cottage with our 5 and 6 year olds. Just a 1 minute walk to the beach, quick scooter ride to the playground and close to the downtown shops and restaurants. Perfect location!

Quiet, simple, beach condo in a great location

We decided to take a last minute trip out of town with our toddler. This group of condos is conveniently on a quiet stretch of beach. We also felt very well located to drive around to other parts of Cape Cod and explore. The neighbors were lovely. The house itself is simple but but comfortable. The bathroom looked brand new and sparkling clean. The rest of the interior was a bit more worn but everything worked and was pretty well equipped. All in all we had a lovely stay.

Well prepared cottage, in great location

Great location. Steps to the bay beach- and literal stairs down to the beach. Swimable at low and mid tides. No beach at high tide as the water comes to the sea wall. Secluded and private beach. Quiet cluster of cottages. Walk to restaurants, short drive to many others. Ocean and other bay beaches close. Kitchen fully equipped to cook almost anything! One of the best we’ve experienced. If planning to use TV, sitting is limited to a sofa, others would sit on kitchen chairs. Liked the picnic table out back door. Window Air conditioner minimal. Was off and had to start from hot stuffy cottage at 7pm. First night didn’t get cooled down. We brought our own sheets and towels rather than have to contact, order, and rely on a Service. Overall great place. Would recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying at the property until the neighbor scrutinized everything we did. He yelled at us to be quiet when we were having dinner outside at the picnic table. We were laughing, not playing music, not cursing, not being inappropriate at all. He watched me put our recyclables in the appropriate bins, then he opened the bins to check I had done this correctly. He felt all of our towels and bathing suits on the community clothesline. His wife peered into our rental car and walked around it then peered around our rental until looking for the owner of the car. We were extremely uncomfortable every time we ventured out of the rental. The rental property, though, is clean, comfortable, convenient, and served us well. We were very pleased to have a washer an dryer in the basement. Overall, the complezx is unwelcoming. There are signs everywhere telling what you can't do, "no parking, no walking, private property..." really very uninviting. We won't rent again.

Thank you for sending in your comments. We are, however, somewhat perplexed by your ratings based on the fact that you had spoken directly with one of our agents who acknowledged your situation and the lack of kindness exhibited by the neighbor. In that conversation, you indicated that you were "guilty as charged" and had a dog on premise and more than the one vehicle allowed per unit, albeit temporarily While the behavior you experienced from the neighbor may have seemed a bit excessive, there are Condo Association Rules and Regulations that need to be adhered to when in residence. The signs that you encountered were meant to be helpful reminders to follow the rules that are a legally recorded component of the property you were renting. That still doesn't excuse bad behavior, and for that, we are truly sorry. We can fix a lot things, but fixing discontented neighbors in not among them. We hope you otherwise enjoyed your time in Wellfleet for your very special occasion and hope to see you again soon.

Amazing location

We had a great stay in Wellfleet. The location can’t be beat, literal steps from the beach! The small community here was quite and respectful. The house is small and basic, but with the beach you don’t need anything more than that. Beds were comfy. The kitchen was workable. The drawbacks were mostly focused on management - when we arrived, the tub wouldn’t drain so we weren’t able to shower. It felt unworthy of the emergency service line, so we waited until the next morning to call. Another 36 hours later the groundskeeper arrived to unclog it. The management company didn’t keep us in the loop; frustrating. Overall, we’d likely rent again.
