Welcome to our charming guest house nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, located minutes from Kings Island. Our guest house features 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and ample living space, perfect for families or groups of friends. All bedrooms boast beds with plush bedding and smart TVs. Relax and unwind in the inviting shared areas with comfortable couches and smart TVs for entertainment. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and island counter space. There is ample parking in the driveway.

Perfect stay!

Probably the best vacation rental I've stayed at. Everything was super clean and fresh. Loved all the little touches. Bed linens and towels were great (now I have to go buy some to have at my own home). Location was central to a lot of places (including Tennis, Kings Island, and restaurants). Highly recommended.

Family vacation

We made the best decision in staying at Sunesi Guest House while we were vacationing in Mason. It was the perfect location as it's a minute drive away from Kings Island and Great Wolf Lodge. It's also in a very quiet neighborhood and private. The owners are also very accommodating and communicative. The responded every question on a flash. Over all, the kids have the best time staying there. Would definitely recommend! 10/10!

Nice Suburban House near Mason

Perfect for what we needed—wife, 2 kids, wife’s mom, brother, and his wife, and cousin & her fiancé—all in one house for my nephew’s wedding in downtown Mason. Loved the nice amt of space inside and large yard for playing with the kids; nice to have the little deck and outdoor furniture too. Glad to have a coffee maker with both ground and K-cup options for that large a group—but on the flip side, could’ve used a larger griddle or second large skillet for all the morning pancakes!

Hello! I was born and raised in Seoul, Korea, until my family moved to Cincinnati in 1976. 
My husband and I have been living near Mason, Ohio, since 1995. We have been buying, selling, and renting out homes since 2006. Family and friends call me the hostess with the mostest because I go out of my way to make them feel welcomed. My biggest fear in life is running out of food when hosting. We have traveled all over the world as a couple and as a family. We have stayed at some amazing vacation homes and not so great ones. As we traveled, we made notes of what was important to us. We want to create a comfortable home where families and friends can gather, hang out, play games, and, most importantly, share good meals before and after your itinerary. We hope you enjoy your stay.
