This smoke free home has plenty of living and storage space as well as a in unit laundry suite. The spacious living room has high ceilings, a cozy fireplace and lots of natural light that opens up to a top of the line kitchen. This home also features a private covered patio and yard perfect for lots of outdoor entertainment.

This home is 5 minutes from the interstate.

Excellent place to stay!

Home was just as described! Comfortable beds, cozy interior, high end amenities. Would definitely rent again. Grass was a bit to high to spend time in the yard though.

Outstanding property!

We LOVED our stay. It was perfect as we celebrated our son’s wedding at Stone Valley Meadows near by. Our schedule was busy and this house was the perfect retreat in between events. White glove clean, comfortable beds, kitchen had all we needed and more. Thankful for washer/dryer.

Lovely alternative to a hotel stay for families/parents in town for WGI who need a work space as well as a centralized location between venues in Dayton and Covington! New construction in a quite neighborhood minutes from the Middletown hotels

Best VRBO rental ever

I stay at VRBO rentals often and rarely does the description and pictures meet the actual experience 100%. This time it was even more amazing as the neighborhood was quiet and there was plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen and bathrooms and linens were well supplied for the five days we were here and didn't need to contact them for extras. I'm definitely coming back!

Check in/out process was painless, owner provided all information needed. House was nice with a clean interior design. Plenty of things to do around Middletown, so the house was in a convenient location. Would stay again.

We booked this house for our son and 2 of his colleagues for a business trip! They loved the house ,neighborhood , and places to eat! Would highly recommend. Lanico and daniel were great hosts!

OH visit

Family stayed at the property and had a good time. We spent time in both Dayton and Cincy so it was a good midpoint. Only draw back was lack of end tables in the upstairs bedrooms, and no seating outside on the patio. Other than that, we'll stay here again if/when in the area.

House was immaculate -- probably the cleanest VBRO I've ever stayed in. The only issue was that there were not enough items in the kitchen to fully cook meals for five people, so I had to make due with what was there. I would just recommend adding more to the kitchen. Everything else was fantastic! Furniture was all brand new.

Comfortable with a bit of luxe, great location between Cincinnati and Dayton

Immaculate, clean, owner was very responsive. Beds were comfy, residential neighborhood, great location with restaurants and groceries just up the way. Nice location between Dayton and Cincinnati. Easy to access to freeway. Two full baths, one half bath, roomy. Refrigerator and appliances had more bells and whistles on them than our car. Beautiful appliances and fixtures. Highly recommend!

We had the BEST time here. I highly recommend staying. The property is exactly as pictured. Of all the places I've ever stayed, this is the most accurate to the listing photos - what you see really is what you get! The home is lovely and had everything we needed when we came back "home" after very busy, long days. Comfy beds, plenty of room for our family, and the couch / chaise - so comfortable! We were in town for our daughter's graduation from Miami, and staying in Middletown worked well for us! Communication was fast, helpful, and very friendly. Thank you Lancio, for making your home feel like ours!

Perfect Place for a Comfortable Stay

My party of 5 arrived to a clean, beautiful home. The layout was perfect for us all to have our own space as well as shared space for spending time together. The rooms were spacious and had extra linens and blankets. There were some games provided and we had quite the competition playing Dominos! The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, plates, silverware etc. as well as plastic wrap and foil. It also had by far the coolest refrigerator I have ever seen that had filtered water so we didn't need as much bottled water. The coffee area had plenty of options to choose from. Check in was a breeze and communication with the host was simple and quick. We were close to all the band competition venues we needed to get to as well as other fun things to do and unique places to eat. This was an amazing experience and we highly recommend booking this place for all your Dayton/Cincinnati area fun!
