Outstanding location. Walking distance to downtown Ruston, including a couple of great bookshops, a museum, and a great brewery. The upstairs area with the large kid-friendly bedroom was amazing. My kids loved the setup and enjoyed the variety of games available. The history of the building and the bones of the old building that you can still see, such as the brick wall in the downstairs bathroom and the barber chair upstairs are just lovely touches that make you feel like you're having an experience, not just in a place to stay.Great work, Brent, and thank you!

This was a beautiful property that was perfect for our family gathering! The kitchen provided us with all our cooking needs to enjoy a family dinner. The back yard deck was also a nice option to sit and relax. The lay out and seating was also appropriate for our family of 6 adults. We were close to campus and downtown! We will definitely look at staying here again!

This cottage had great space and good seating in the common areas. Lots of dishes and utensils - even some foil and plastic wrap and a few items and seasonings in the pantry. Coffee and paper was plentiful. Tons of parking and even a gated back yard with a drive around feature. Would definitely stay here again. Great place to host a family get together.

Baseball Trip

The house is located in a super convenient spot, and the owners were super easy to communicate with before and during our stay. There was plenty of room for 3 moms and their sons to spread out and be comfortable. We will definitely book this house, again, for future trips.

Super clean and very close to sports complex

We were very impressed with how clean the place was. The old house has an interesting past but has been renovated to modern amenities. The hosts were very responsive and eager to help in any way we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in town.

The house was beautiful. Very clean and had plenty of room to accommodate a couple families and children. Everything you need was provided and the location was perfect and near restaurants and stores. Communication was very quick. Recommend this rental and will plan to stay again if we’re ever back in Ruston.

Comfortable stay close to LA Tech

This was an ideal property for our larger group. We booked a student group of 12 for this location. The common room sleeping arrangement plus three private bedrooms worked well for us, and the close location to Louisiana Tech was convenient. Communication with the manager was excellent leading up to our stay, even when we had to make some changes to our reservation.
