Conveniently located just a short drive from downtown Princeton, you'll have easy access to the area's charming shops, gourmet restaurants, and cultural attractions including Princeton University.
Maximum guests allowed to sleepover are 12 (plus two roll out upon request). Maximum allowed inside home is 65. Additional fees may apply if more than 25 guests are present.

We rented this home for a small corporate offsite and were thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The home is spectacular, both inside and outside. We truly felt we were tucked away in a private villa. We cooked all our meals during our stay, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking essentials we needed. We went to the suggested spa nearby (Tranquility Den) and had fabulous massages as well. This home is truly special, and communication with the host was fast and efficient anytime we had questions. The home was extremely clean, decorated impeccably, and no detail was overlooked. Only positive things to say, highly recommended!

Beautiful

So so wonderful, would do this again… the house was a dream… we enjoy all of the house down to the pillows they sleep so good… where are they from?…the house is beyond amazing every detail in the house was on point from the utensils from the bedding from the decor. It was beautifully designed would definitely recommend this to friends and family.…

Upscale property but with strange vibes

The property is beautiful, comfortable and clean. The property manager is also responsive and helpful. That being said much of the house has various imagery and reference to substances like mushrooms and marijuana. If you are not into that sort of thing it creates a very uncomfortable feeling and vibe. It also doesn't really have a tv option and only the master has en-suite bathrooms. Overall a very nice property but would not stay again because of the illicit references and the negative energy it created for our party...

My Mom's 90th Birthday celebration event

It was wonderful - my mom (90), her three adult children and our 7 adult children with their spouses and significant others (not all stayed in the house as several were local to the area) - 10 of us actually stayed slept in the house - - birthday part was also attended by several of my Mom's great grandchildren, and other local relatives - the space was awesome for my family - the combination of the open living space and the great outdoor areas (along with really great fall weather) made it possible for good group celebration along with well needed breakoffs for smaller groups - the outdoor space was amazing (it was a fall event but the weather was unseasonably warm so shorts, t-shirts and bare feet worked during the day. Loved the hanging chairs and the hot tub. and the beauty of the Princeton area completely charmed the west coast members of our family (trees with golden leaves and such). All questions and inquiries were answered quickly - there were no issues with access, operation or use of the property - would absolutely return to this property for a similar event

Princeton is an amazing place to visit. Besides walking around the historic Princeton University, I highly recommend a walk on the D&R State Park Canal. Entrance is just a few minutes from the house.
