Nous sommes situés dans une impasse très calme, vous pouvez profiter de la vue sur la baie de Riverview bld et les rues à proximité.
Il vous faudra 15 mn pour aller à l'une des plus belles plages des États-Unis, l'île Anna Maria.
Nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité.
Sarasota est à seulement 25 minutes en voiture. L'aéroport SRQ 20 mn, et Tampa arport 45 mn.

Ce condo est attaché à ma maison mais totalement indépendant. Il se trouve au 1er étage et est accessible par un escalier en colimaçon.
Le condo comprend une cuisine, un salon, une chambre, une salle de bain et une terrasse.

amazing stay

The apartment was so nice, if it wasn't in such a beautiful area, I would have wanted to stay inside the whole time! Cecile's instructions and guide for things to do was awesome, and very helpful to pick my activities. Highly recommend this place, its just lovely and close to a lot of fun!!!

The neighborhood was great! The policy of having to park in the street was insulting (our guests park in prime spots closest to their entrance and we park in street if guests around). No kids rule did not allow even a visit from our relatives locally. No warning about the small exterior spiral staircase as the only access. Plus the bed had no frame - just box and mattress on the floor. Similarly the couch was extremely low too (very hard for me to get out of). The pool table is small sized but playable. On the good side, the toilet and shower were a decent height and we liked the decor including interesting books.

BEAUTIFUL one bedroom escape

This is an incredibly, beautifully decorated one bedroom above-garage dwelling. It is immaculately clean, impeccably decorated and surprisingly close to all the joys that Anna Maria Island holds. We already want to go back! The spiral staircase is a challenge to navigate with luggage, but not insurmountable at all! 10 out of 10 for this location!!!!

Located in a very quiet neighborhood. Comfy bed, games, books, and pool table was a nice addition (we got rained in a few times so this was great to have) and many kitchen appliances if you choose to cook. Overall would stay here again as the location was in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go!

Quiet , Simple used apartment

This rental was located on top of a garage with access in the back. You need to park on the road and access a small spiral staircase to get to it. They are steep and it’s difficult to manage luggage while ascending. Inside is plain, simple and has the necessities- small kitchenette,bed,and bath. The front windows curtains were drawn causing it to be dark and dim- there was a sign indicating that the front windows were broken and you could not use. The carpet was shag and the couch seemed worn- if you are looking for a place to crash only and don’t mind what I’ve mentioned then it’s a good deal for someone. All in all my wife was not comfortable so we never stayed and ate the 2 nights we purchased. Hope this helps.

Very comfortable condo - Highly recommend

We stayed here during a family visit and enjoyed it very much. It is a very nice neighborhood for morning walks. The other reviews mentioned the spiral stairs and they are tight but manageable and there is lightning. To help other Northerners, the switches have covers that look like an exterior outlet. I found this to be common in other Florida homes. Will definitely stay here again.

Great property for visiting family, or just to get away.

We enjoyed our stay at this Bradenton property. It was located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. I understand previous renters comments about the stairway, but we just took our time and it was fine. We had a small issue with the bathroom during our stay but the owner came right over and took care of it. Very clean and comfortable and well represented in the description.

A Great Place To Stay!

The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. It was clean, quiet, well equipped and very comfortable. Our host was exceptionally accommodating and we had a problem which she took care of immediately. We found the location placed us close to the beach area and lots of good theatre, shopping and things to do. We enjoyed the balcony porch overlooking a garden area which had a pleasant afternoon sun. We look forward to having an opportunity to return at a future time.
