Il s'agit d'une maison à trois niveaux / deux étages d'environ 7 000 pieds carrés, 6 chambres, 7 salles de bain complètes plus 2 demi-salles de bain et 14 couchages. Il dispose de deux espaces de divertissement ouverts (salon et terrasse ouverte) et d'un salon souterrain supplémentaire et d'une salle de fête en bas avec vue sur la piscine à travers des fenêtres sous-marines et un accès direct au jardin.

Voici une brève description de cette magnifique villa:

Piscine à débordement, immense espace de divertissement ouvert avec une vue incroyable.

Sur le toit, la chambre principale de 400 pieds carrés dispose d'une terrasse privée de 1 500 pieds carrés avec une vue imprenable à 180 degrés sur la baie de San Juan.

Il y a deux suites junior avec une vue incroyable sur la baie avec un accès direct à la piscine et à la terrasse ouverte.

Il y a un espace avec deux chambres d'hôtes, une salle de bain complète et un salon privé avec accès à un petit jardin privé situé à l'entrée de la maison.

Il y a une grande chambre avec accès direct au jardin et accès direct au salon de divertissement souterrain.

Il y a deux bars, un bar complet à la piscine et un autre bar complet dans le salon de divertissement souterrain.

Les principaux salons et salles à manger sont situés au rez-de-chaussée, offrent une vue spectaculaire sur la baie et sont intégrés à une terrasse ouverte avec une piscine à débordement flottante offrant la vue la plus époustouflante sur la baie.

La cuisine semi-ouverte ultra moderne dispose d'un îlot central avec vue sur la baie. Tous les appareils ont été importés des États-Unis. S.

Le quartier isolé de la femme de chambre comprend deux chambres et une salle de bains complète, avec sa propre kitchenette et un accès direct à la rue.

La maison est économe en énergie avec un éclairage LED et des unités de climatisation et des ventilateurs à haute efficacité dans toutes les pièces, avec des fenêtres insonorisées. Le périmètre de la maison est entouré d'une clôture en béton et électrique avec caméras de sécurité et alarme.

The best of Nicaragua

Our stay was 5 star all the way! The staff were outstanding, took care of every need we had, from special drinks to delicious food. They arrange everything, from massages to mani/pedis, to the best lobster thermidor for dinner. Villa Baleares is everything you could wish for in a vacation and more.

Didn’t want to leave!

My family and I have been going to SJDS for years now. No house compares. The moment you walk thru the doors, you’re greeted like family. The attention from the staff is superb. The chef was a last minute decision that we were sooo happy we opted for. It was heaven! The bartender never left us empty handed either, which of course we loved. We can’t wait to come back.

It was amazing

Everything was amazing just like the pictures. We had a little incident where money was missing $20 from my purse & 1 of my guest was missing $60. They removed one of the staff that was mostly accountable and heighten up security where we had an armed guard 24/7. They accommodated us and also reimbursement the money and through in a on service bartender! We had and amazing time the staff Jo & Marg was great! Definitely recommend

Great stay

Overall the stay was amazing. The chef, the pool, the service/staff. We honestly had no complaints. I would recommend this chef at ANYTIME. She always had food prepared and it tasted soooo good, none of my guest complained. (We definitely left a huge tip, she was SOOOOOOOO good) We chose to have massages at the house which was a plus. Horseback riding and surf lessons were the excursions we chose which were amazing experiences. Only minor downfall was the stiffness of the beds, and paying for kilowatt-ages for power. We did have a 2 night stay but only stayed for 1 day (in and out of the house), it’s hard to determine what is actually used by me and my guest, but it was a $50 charge which we paid. Overall, amazing stay.

Who needs a Four Seasons when you have Villa Baleares

Being a native from Nicaragua, and bringing all our closest friends to spend a few days after our wedding with us in San Juan, I have to say I was skeptical of what our experience would be like. Villa Baleares, however, blew our expectations out of the water. We were welcomed by a very friendly staff who made sure we didn't have to worry about anything while we stayed there. Every single meal was carefully thought out. There are security guards 24/7. If you run out of anything, Manuel will be happy to go get it for you. Everybody is always smiling and catering to your every need. There wasn't one thing that they didn't think about when building that house!! I wish I had more words to say about it, but honestly, experience Baleares, and you will also leave speechless.

La Santa Maria Resort

Communication with the people who take care of the property could be better. They never contacted me until the day of my arrival. Also, the house's location is not the address given to you. We had to follow the manager for 3-5 minutes. That made me and my family feel unsafe. However, we felt safe and happy once we arrived at the house! The house is gorgeous, with spectacular views of the ocean/mountains! We fell in love with this house! I will come back! The pool is beautiful! You need a car to go to the beach or restaurants or explore the town because the house is located on a hill about 7 minutes away. The manager and security guard were friendly, professional, and happy to assist us with anything we needed! I recommend this house to you!

Perfect balance of pampering and privacy. First the pictures truly don't do the home justice. Combine the house itself, with the view and staff and I truly couldn't ask for more. Without question I would say splurge a little more and have the chef/cook services. The seafood was fresh from the sea. Everything fresh and delicious. Mgmt interaction was attentive and respectful of privacy. I have stayed in some fabulous resort villas around the world and this is right at the top with some Four Seasons. Thank you to all!

Great Group Vacation

This is our second group vacation and we couldn't have been happier in choosing this property. It sounds ridiculous, but the pictures don't actually do this place justice. We were blown away as soon as we walked in and saw the views. The place is also much bigger than you would assume from the photos. The staff were friendly, helpful and prepared delicious meals to our liking. Get ready for freshly squeezed and blended juices every morning! We had a diverse list of preferences, some allergies and all was accommodated in each and every meal. If anything there was too much food, but may be that's because we are all not 3 meals a day type people. One thing I would say to anyone coming is try and grab a pocket projector from Amazon, as the wall in thriving room is perfect for late night drive-in style movie viewing. And most importantly, don't be concerned about the safety of Nicaragua. From the airport pick-up to the arrangement of taxis from the house we all felt very safe. The walk into town is doable in the daytime and we did this one a number of times. The house and views were by far the highlights of the trip and made up feel like we were celebrities in Malibu.

Picturesquely beautiful

The pictures displaying the property are on point, you don’t have feel like you’re being fooled with demo pics because the property is nothing short of amazing. It’s very peaceful and serene where the property is located, it over looks the city and is adjacent to Cristo de la Misericordia and at night it lights up! The staff are there for your every need. They keep the house cleaned and do their best to prepare any dish that you desire!! I give it (4) thumbs up Lol

As Good As It Gets!

I'd be hard-pressed to believe there are any better views of SJDS in its entirety than from the pool deck and expansive balconies of this place.....and that's not even the best part! Margorie, Jorlene, Michael and Freddy took such great care of the place and us via meals, security, drinks, etc. Jo Anne knows the town inside and out and worked with us to make this travel experience one of the best of our lives! Amazing view and property

The property was perfect for us. The view is absolutely amazing and the staff is super sweet. We stayed for 4 night and opted for the personal chef experience which I highly recommend. While there we were able to arrange a private yoga session pool side. The views and breeze made for an unbelievable experience. Of course we put our suits on immediately after and enjoyed the pool before we headed out to explore for the day. Jo Anne can arrange just about anything you need including excursions and transportation so if you aren’t sure where to begin the planning process she is more than happy to assist! We had a blast and would definitely recommend this property to everyone heading to the area !

SIMPLY PRICELESS

Don’t even waste another minute looking! This place will surpass every expectation you have! The house! The staff! The food! The owners! The beds! The pool! THE VIEW! Truly all 7 of us women felt like royalty for 5 days and can’t wait to go back!!! Truly remarkable! My only word of advice is on getting there, we flew into Liberia then had the shuttle company take us to the border and another meet us on the other side, THANK GOD! We left out of Managua and that’s the way to go! It can be very intimidating and confusing crossing country borders on foot! Without their help I could only imagine what would have transpired! Super easy out of Managua and a nice drive from the house. Be prepared to be awe struck and not want to leave!! We are hooked on Nicaragua now! ❤️

Amazing, Mezmerizing and Entrancing!!!

Oh my god, this place was even more fantastic that I had imagined! The views are stunning. More beautiful than the pictures on the site. It was a stellar vacation. Manuel and then ladies who cooked and cleaned were incredible and lovely. The food was fantastic. We never even went into town to eat. I’ve never been on a vacation where all we wanted to was sit in a lounge chair and look at the view. We did go ziplining one day and that was awesome and for an incredibly low price… and Manuel even set that up for us. Villa Beleares is the meaning of the word entrancing! This is a 5 star experience, no question... Spectacular is an understatement!

Fabulous views, excellent staff, and great location

We had such an amazing time! The home was gorgeous and the staff was amazing!! We loved the attention to detail and I couldn't have asked for a better stay! Absolutely would recommend this spectacular home!

I can’t say enough about this home and the wonderful staff as well. This was one of the most amazing vacations I have ever been on. The house itself was so beautiful. It offered everything we needed and more. The staff was so attentive and always so accommodating. I can’t say enough about all of them. Luis was always there for whatever our needs were. Thank you for helping to give my family such a wonderful time and many many great memories. Hopefully we will return!!! Linda

Incredible view, excellent service staff, superbly prepared meals, and very nicely furnished!

Julio the owner was wonderful and Manuel the butler attended to every need and desire from shopping to driving to cooking. We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you Don Julio and Manuel and the whole staff!

Fantastic

A beautiful home with spectacular views. The staff is wonderful. Warm and very helpful. Manuel also drove us anywhere we needed to go in our rental car and kept an eye on our kids if we had to run out. We never had to worry about a thing. Our cook is excellent and creative. We will be back for sure. Such a relaxing place and Nicaragua is very special.

Stop looking this place is worth the $$!!

We were here for a bachelor party, there were 6 of us and this house had wayyy more than enough room for us. The pictures don't lie this place is gorgeous. I recommend paying extra for the chef on call for meals and snacks. This isn't the best bang for your buck (compared to the ridiculously cheap food options in town), but the house is so great you won't want to leave so it's worth it. We became pretty tight with the staff, they were all extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Manuel, thanks for making us at least 200 Mojitos ha. Julio was also easy to communicate with. The only warning, they are very strict about the no guest policy : ) so just be aware in case you meet some cute Australian girl and want to bring her back to the Casa. Julio was very upfront about this though so no real complaints there. Overall this house far exceeded my expectations, as did SJDS, as did Nicaragua as a whole. Book it!

Excellent house and staff!!

We had a great time at Villa Baleares. The house was great and the views are amazing. The staff was accommodating and made are stay one of a kind! I would recommend this house to anyone and will definitely be back for future vacations. Thanks Julio!
