Next door to the property is Folly Beach City Park which has tennis courts, pickleball, and basketball courts. Next to the city park is The Bark Park, a local dog park!
These renovated duplex apartments are the perfect spot to spend your trip to Folly Beach. It is suited for 16+ guests between the four apartments on site. The floor-plan layouts are open and the living space and kitchens flow together. The kitchens are equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast including stainless steel appliances. There is also a full laundry room with washer and dryer in each apartment. All four bedrooms have a king size beds, TVs, and closets with plenty of storage. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.
