One of Folly's Best! This 3 BR 3 BA elevated condo puts you right in the middle of all the action! Restaurants, shops and the beach are all steps away from this highly desired location. Just a half a block away from the Folly Pier where activity opportunities are endless! Enjoy fishing, crabbing and surfing or just relax and soak up the sun. This condo complex has a pool on site that is open from April to October. You will have your own designated parking spot and all the amenities you'll need for a breeze of a vacation. An updated kitchen, TV's in every bedroom and a washer and dryer. Both the living room and primary bedroom have access doors to your private balcony where you can take in views of the pool and sights of the ocean. A Walk to Downtown is a comfortable and convenient spot for friends and families to explore the best of what Folly has to offer!

A Walk to Downtown allows a maximum of 2 dogs, with a combined weight of up to 50 lbs. (Pre-approval is required, and fees apply-please don't hesitate to contact us directly for additional information) While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. Short Family Visit

Very nice place with plenty of room! Great location with the beach just a short walk across the street and within walking distance to all of the restaurants. Will definitely be staying again!

A Walk to Downtown

My family had a wonderful stay at the condo. Upon arrival, we were pleased with the cleanliness and relatively new furnishings. We had to contact the property manager twice and received prompt answers. The condo was located across from Folly Beach and was within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Perfect location

This was perfect for our group...short walk to everything! I mean really short! The best restaurant was just across the street! Loved it! The house was so comfortable and clean! We will definitely come again!

Wonderful stay

Our first trip to Folly Beach did not disappoint.... great location, rental certainly gave that "beachy vibe". Perfect size for 6 adults (plus every room had it's own bathroom) a definite plus! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. No issues at all... we'd love to return again!

Great first beach trip!

Took our 3 year old for her first trip to the beach. I was expecting some noise at night, but the unit was very quiet. Centrally located and easy walking to beach and restaurants. Unit was clean and had plenty of kitchenware, extra blankets, and towels.

Great location and clean

We were very pleased with our accomodations. We felt "at home" there, and would stay there again! Only suggestion would be to provide more towels/washcloths for a 5 day stay, so we wouldnt have to do laundry mid-vacation. We only used the toaster and keurig for coffee, so can't speak much to the accommodations in the kitchen. Plenty of dishware and flatware.

Short Graduation Trip for Our Girls

Each morning we sat on the deck, drank our coffee, and listened to the waves. The best part
each bedroom has its own bathroom! Not much room to put away groceries, however plenty of kitchen appliances, flatware, etc. Has an elevator and cart to bring up suitcases and food. So close to Center Street, no need to rent a golf cart. We will definitely rent here again!

Great property!

The property was very clean and spacious. The starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, household items, toiletries and laundry tabs was very helpful. The location was great! It was within walking distance of the pier, shops and restaurants and had a good view from the balcony even though it was across the street from the ocean. The use of a code for access was very efficient because it eliminated having to keep up with keys or cards during your stay and the need for doing an in-person check-in and check-out on site. I would definitely recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay again!

Nice Folly Beach condo!

Nice condo with great access to beach, pier and downtown! Balcony view of ocean across parking lot as seen in pictures. All the comforts of home! Clean and well-kept with three bedrooms, each with a private bath, worked very well for a single parent with two teenagers. Enjoyed our down time just chilling or making meals. Super easy check-in and checkout instructions with first day visit from Management Company delivering SWAG. Thanks for a great week!

Great property and location

We really enjoyed our stay! We visit Folly Beach every year and this was our first time at this complex. The condo is directly across from the beach and you can see the ocean in the distance from the balcony. Since you're only a block from downtown, the walk to shops, restaurants, and the pier is very short. I liked that the condo was on the first level above the underneath parking so not too many stairs, but there's also the option of the elevator. Parking lot and underneath spaces are tight so it's not the greatest if you have a full-size vehicle like ours. Overall, it was a great place to stay. The condo was clean and well kept. We would definitely stay again!

Only quibble I have is the timed lock on the door, would not let us in til 4pm on the dot and locked us out 10am the day we left, luckily we had all luggage out just some food in fridge.

Family reunion

The condo was very nice very clean very roomy. The view was pretty good. The only complaints were that we received no t.p. paper towels until next day. The tvs continued to go out no sound no picture constantly and the back bedrooms were very noisy from the music and the people. Couldn't sleep well. Wasn't as bad during weekdays. Without that the stay would have been fantastic.
