This awesome studio is an excellent choice for any visitor to Birmingham. It has an a homelike feeling. It is my "home in Birmingham" every time I visit. It has a great location that is near every event or experience one could want.

Coming from the Dallas, Texaa area, this Property really exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed the downtown urban atmosphere. The nightlife was great with peaceful surroundings and restaurants galore. The host provided user friendly instructions which proved to be very helpful.Only one flaw, the elevator and hallway leading to the apartment could really use some attention.

Great place

Everything about this rental is great. Communication was fantastic and the owner even recommended local restaurants to try. It’s very close to restaurants, bars, nightlife, but also quiet and relaxing. We will be back.

Home Away from Home

Staying here at Christmas and for other family events has become a tradition. The studio is very clean and welcoming. The great internet connection make working while away easy and stress free. The host is amazingly good at communicating and making you feel welcome. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect!!!

This rental was much better than expected and then unbelievable for the price. The location was perfect. The host was fabulous! Great communication, instructions, and detailed about check in. They check on us during the stay to see if there was anything we needed. I have a long history with VRBO and this was one of the best! I cannot say enough positive things about this rental.

Observations:1) Need hand soap in bathroom2) Need bed bug cover on mattress3) Need a place to get suitcase off the floor4) A robe hook would be good5) Need a kitchen hand towel 6) Don't advertise a "coffee corner" if I have to bring coffee, filters, half and half and sugar.

Almost perfect! Totally worth it!

Our stay was peaceful and pleasant. The area felt safe and had amazing food and drinks in walking distance. We watching the firework show at Vulcan Park from our balcony and it was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the A/C def worked great. A few things that would really make this place great: black out certain, bc unfortunately the sun brightens the room at 5:45AM so we did not get to sleep in. Also, having true cookware in the condo would be nice, we had to buy some for us to cook some dinner one night. They just don’t have everything you need to easily make dinner. (No oven mitts, we had to use the towels from the bathroom). Other than a few VERY minor things, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone!
