Spacious family base camp for activities on Laurel Lake and the surrounding area. New construction home located in a quiet neighborhood near Grove Marina. Open floor plan with large great room and kitchen.

Master bedroom/bathroom downstairs. Second bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Spacious loft, 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. Note exterior cameras are located above the garage doors for security purposes.

Lots of activities a short drive away. Minutes from hiking and mountain biking on the Sheltowee Trace, and scenic drives through the Daniel Boone National Forest. 20 minute drive to Cumberland Falls.

Friendly neighbors and beautiful place to stay

Absolutely love the indoor area. This place is one of my favorites and have traveled a lot. The fact that it has a garage is fantastic. Would recommend this place for anyone!

The house was as perfect for our group of 7 adults and 5 kids [3-10 yo}. The 5 bed rooms pluse xtra sleeping spaces was great. All beds were comfortable and clean. The house was very clean and best stocked I have been to.Great, quiet neighborhood and very close to Grove marina.Impressive and I would stay there again.

Extended family vacation

Nice size for 11 people and 2 dogs. Best stocked with kitchen utensils/tools of any vacation rental we’ve had! Very spacious and clean. Good spot to get to Cumberland Falls State Park and other area activities. We enjoyed the fire pit. Our only complaint is that there was no space to hang up clothes, no closets.

Spacious place

This is a spacious and well kept house in a good location. We had a good time in the region. I recommend this house to anyone with a big group.

The house was phenomenal. Everything was just like stated and pictures don’t do it justice. The owner has everything you need or want. Even a surprise of parchment paper. May sound ridiculous to some, but we used it and I have never seen that in a VRBO property rental or high end condo rentals in Florida. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, spices, Kleenex, shampoo, soap, etc. The garage was big enough to hold 22 foot boat including the truck and trailer. There was even a remote for the garage door. Grove marina is six minutes away. Clear concise instructions and information were in a binder. Magnetic Insect curtains on doors so none can get in while loading or unloading your belongings. One small snag with getting the door open on arrival, and host answered his phone immediately. Walked us through getting a key and stayed on the phone until he was certain we were in. Our family of 11 and one friend loved every minute. The setting is beautiful and secluded and night sounds were so calming. We hope to make this our annual “home” for our family lake trip.
