Luxury 2-story vacation rental town home with flat screen tv's in every room & private entry. This floor plan offers privacy with bedroom and bathroom combinations, large flatscreen TV's in each King bedroom and in the living room.
Private patio entry.
Newly renovated bright open floor plan with luxurious finishes equipped with washing/drying machine, dishwasher, cookware, dining ware, kitchen utensils and Keurig all for your usage. Nice kitchen with all new stainless appliances, exquisite quartz countertops, dining room table, nice living area with all new & chic furniture.
Two bedrooms have king beds, one bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom bunk and a twin on the top, and there is a king sleeper sofa in the living room. Apartment sleeps 7.
Walking distance to coffee shops, great bars, restaurants, the acclaimed Mary Mac's Tea Room, Piedmont park, The Atlanta Beltline, Ponce City Market, Historic Old Fourth Ward Park.
Walking distance to a bike share station and MARTA(public transportation).
Outdoor security surveillance system for additional security.
In the heart of Midtown, this is an amazing location.
ONLY 2 cars are allowed to park behind the triplex plus free street parking. No parking is allowed in the driveway.

Great house that was perfect for our group of friends attending a conference at the World Congress Convention Center. The location was perfect and the home had everything we needed! The owners were so easy to communicate with and replied immediately to us. Would definitely stay here again!

Immaculate home, extremely comfortable king size beds in each upstairs bedrooms. Very functional kitchen. Safe and quiet neighborhood. We were already talking about coming back to Atlanta and booking the same place. Hosts are extremely helpful!! We really enjoyed our stay!

We were in town for a family event and stayed at this beautiful house. We also had a three and one year old. Emily was very responsive and went above and beyond making sure we had all that we needed and more. She made sure there was a baby gate at the top of the stairs. She also provided a high chair and pack n play. The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything we needed. I would definitely recommend the place.

Great multi-generational getaway

Our family enjoyed our kid spring break grandparent milestone birthday... wonderful location to walk to the park and around the neighborhood. Easy to drive to key sites around town. Very comfortable and clean. Good communication and easy check-in/out.

Wonderful stay in midtown

The property is well located in midtown with enough space for my husband and I, my brother and 7 year old boy. The little things are thought of for short stays of like having washer tabs for the laundry, enough toiletries and towels. The decor is nice and makes you feel homey. Communication is great! I would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay in the Peach Suite. Our hosts thought of everything. We appreciated the off street parking and convenient location. I want to specifically note how quiet the house was. That and very comfortable mattresses made for great sleep!

Terrific stay in midtown

In town for a sporting event with friends and family, this place was ideal! Comfortable, spacious, well-appointed and clean. Perfect location, close to Piedmont Park (15-min walk) as well as midtown bars and restaurants. There's even a craft brewery close by. Property management very pleasant and responsive. Will definitely be outer top choice inn midtown Atlanta next time we're there!

Perfect!

The home was beautiful! Plenty of space for my family of 6. Nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to many things. Close driving distance to many attractions. Parking area was a bit small for our SUV but street parking was easy. Host was great! Very quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend this home and we will be back on our next trip to Atlanta!

Beautiful, clean and great location.

We were so pleasantly surprised with this vrbo. Traveling for work we really like a quiet, comfortable space to stay. Not only is the location great the home is spotless and very well appointed. Luxurious sheets and towels, with comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything you could need wirh a spacious living and dining area as well. My daughter in law is a runner and enjoyed running up and around the park. We also enjoyed the restaurant just a few houses away. We definitely would recommend this property and we will book again when we return to Atlanta.

Convenient Location, Lovely Host

The property was incredibly convenient to everything in Atlanta. The parking availability was very helpful in a neighborhood with more limited parking. The beds were very comfortable and the space was incredibly clean. The water pressure on two of the showers was a bit weak but the third shower was great. The house came with a lots of the basic necessities like shampoo, conditioner, salt and pepper, etc. Emily was absolutely lovely as well. She was quick to respond to messages and was very accommodating. The next time I travel to Atlanta with my family, I'd be more than happy to stay at the Peach Suite again!
